We enjoyed our stay overall, this location was within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The property space met our needs, however the property itself has “wear and tear” as compared to the rental description photos.

Perfect SisterS Trip

This was the ideal spot for our sisters trip. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and located within walking distance of everything we needed. It was a few short blocks to the beach but on a very quiet street and the back yard was very private and serene.

Great place for families!

Very clean, 5 min walk to the beach, easy check-in, and pictures were all accurate…we had a great time! Communication from property manager was also GREAT! :-)

Great Place to Stay

Cottage was VERY clean, and was well-stocked with everything needed. Great location to walk to restaurants/shops, South Beach and the quieter back beach. Pups loved the fenced-in yard.

Cute Beach House

Perfect little renovated beach house for our stay in Tybee Island. House was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Short walk to the beach and nearby eateries. A stone’s throw to the little IGA grocery store.

Great Stay

Husband and I took first vacation since COVID and had a delightful stay. House was very clean and beautifully styled. Comfortable, quiet and convenient to beach and restaurants. Loved being able to bring our boxer with us. Great fenced backyard.

What a lovely place to spend our first time in Tybee Island. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very close to beach and restaurants (we walked everywhere). The pups loved the backyard and so did we. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a long weekend

A friend and I stayed at the house for a long weekend I. September. It was a great location with a short walk to stores and restaurants or the beach. It was quiet on the street at night. The home was updated and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great place!

The house was even better than the photos! We had 5 adults and it was very comfortable and clean. It was a great space for gathering and spending time with each other. We walked to the beach and restaurants. Savannah was a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Great vacation

The propert was clean and the backyard was great. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and the pool, but we ended up renting a golf cart to get around. Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable there. The beds were really comfortable. The only complaint we have was that the bath towels we were provided with, had holes and were pretty worn. Our dogs really enjoyed the spacious and shaded back yard.

Perfect modern spot by the beach

My family and I loved staying at this house. It was very cute and looked just like the listing photos and description. Everything was clean and ready for our stay and the kitchen was very spacious. The property even reached out after our first night to make sure everything was up to par. The only (very minor) downside was that the pool looked too crowded for us to go. But this was not really a big deal at all given how close we were to the beach- we just spent our time there instead. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Tybee!

House has been renovated but has some wear and tear on it. Overall clean and comfortable. Upstairs got a little hot at night, not sure how well the air conditioner is working. We would recommend this place. Bring bug spray in August

Excellent mid-island rental

Extremely clean & very recently renovated home. Spacious open living rm & kitchen. Very nice appliances. Great smart TVs & internet, but only 6 cable channels...but if you stream TV, you're all set. 10 minute walk to pier/eaterys & less to beach which is nice since Tybee is a parking rip-off fiasco. Spacious byard w/fire pit. 3 good Bedrms upstairs all share the bathroom there. Full bath downstairs. Impossible to draw a response from the rental company to fix a small problem we were able to live with. Bottom line, very happy with the house & would highly recommend if fits your needs.

Perfect Getaway

Property is exactly as described. Very close to restaurants, beach and even easy to visit Savannah. Loved the backyard for the dogs and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

1st Time Tybee

Home was in a quiet residential neighborhoo and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking needs. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs but no laundry detergent. The king sized bed did not have motion isolation - beware if you have a restless bed partner. It's within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the small IGA grocery store. Would stay here again if in the area.
