Property was perfect for two. Location is great to walk or bike to the beach and to many restaurants. Duplex was nicely decorated, well stocked, and clean! Would definitely recommend!

Great beach cottage

Wonderfully clean and equipped, only downside was paper thin walls so you hear everything from adjoining unit. A little far for seniors to walk to the beach, all in all was a great stay !

Clean, neat, and nicely appointed. Basic kitchen supplies, but got the job done. Nice backyard with outdoor shower, grassy area, grill and fire pit table. Washer and dryer worked well.

Just the right size for two people and SO close to the beach. We hope to rent the place again next year. Just know that it's half of a double and you can hear the renters next door. Not a big deal if the people aren't too loud.

Ideal beach stay for 3!

My Aunt, mom, and I had a wonderful stay here and loved being able to walk to beach, pool, and restaurants. Perfect size for 2-3 people. Make sure to bring laundry soap and/or extra towels because those are not provided.

Tybee Island fun!

We had a wonderful stay at “walking on sunshine”.The cottage was so well decorated and had everything we needed. However the bed needs a new mattress. 😊 We liked the neighborhood with its close proximity to stores, restaurants and especially the beach. A great place to stay and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great Babymoon Getaway!

Great place for a couple! My wife and I walked to the beach everyday. Located on an excellent part of the island. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. The bed was comfortable for my 8 month pregnant wife. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this house after our family had a very difficult month to try to reset and make some good memories. Booking in November we splurged for this place due to the hot tub and firepit in the backyard. Upon arrival the hot tub was literally green and smelled like something died. The firepit also did not work. My kids were heartbroken. After some phone calls they did the right thing and refunded our stay and we rented another house on the island. However it’s unacceptable that the hot tub was so grossly not taken care of.

Tybee like a local

Everything about this little gem of a place was as advertised. The bed was not comfortable and difficult to sleep in. Everything else was over the top. Whoever decorated the space does great work. The location is convenient to the southern part of Tybee Island. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The kitchen and dining table at the house were small, but perfect size for us to cook and eat meals together. All the appliances were brand new and stylish.

Place was perfect size for family of 3. Clean and well stocked with basic needs. Had one maintenance issue but manager had someone come out same day and fix it. Only recommendation I have is for them to add a box spring for the bed. No box spring and a thick mattress topper made for an uncomfortable sleep. We kept sinking and rolling into one another. Overall quiet and clean! would stay again!

A lovely well-appointed and convenience space to spend the week

We absolutely loved the space! It was only a few blocks from all the restaurants, attractions and beach. It was very clean, modern looking and fresh. The appliances were new and well appointed. We loved all the natural light that comes into the windows in the sitting area, and it was great to have a washer/dryer to use (although you will need to provide your own detergent). My only complaint was that the bed had no box spring and a memory foam topper that was very soft and uncomfortable. I slept better on the couch, but would love to stay here again if the mattress was upgraded to a medium firm style. Hosts were very responsive to questions!
