Great weekend getaway

Upon arriving there were a couple of issues with the unit we rented but the management company made it right by putting us in another unit. It was nice and clean. The location was great. The parking was really tight, though.

Tybee trip

Everything was pretty good. Can’t complain I would recommend the rails near the bedroom doors need to be secured. Otherwise we had a great stay

Elevator does not work/still a wonderful place to stay

My family and I stayed off and on for a month. Great location for access to shops, restaurants, and beach. My only complaint would be the elevator not working the entire stay. My in-laws stayed a few nights and as they are older, had difficulties going up and down 3 flights of stairs. I may would have reconsidered this option if I knew the elevator was down. I think this should be posted if the elevator is not working as it appears others reported online that the elevator was down. Just something nice to know ahead of time. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful stay. Communication was great as well.

Great vacation!

We love staying at your place! The location is perfect. The condo is clean and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Great Tybee Week

Loved this property. It was spacious, clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and the pier. My favorite place, while in the condo, was on the large, private porch!

Perfect location, nicely updated

While the property in general is a little older, this unit has been well maintained and updated nicely. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t have to get in the car for anything until it was time to come home. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and nicely decorated two bedroom condo close to the beach and restaurants. The parking is tight at the property and throughout the city.

Great condo, spacious and clean. Excellent location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Do not bring a big car!

Great spot!

The apartment was better than expected. AC was nice and cold, upgraded kitchen appliances. Very close to the beach and the resort style pool. It is perfectly located 1 block from the hustle and bustle of tybee. The only drawback we found was parking. It was great to be under the building but there was a fence lining the road that made extremly difficult to get in and out, but we didn't leave much because of the amazing location.

Great Tybee condo

Very nice, clean condo in a very convenient location. Right around the corner from multiple stores and restaurants. Short easy walk to the pier. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked inviting.

We actually had to really think of something we didn’t love about our vacation. The worst part was parking. We had an suv and parking is tight. Other than that it was a perfect vacation.

Beautiful condo BUT...

A beautiful condo. We called the 40 steps to the condo STAIRS OF DEATH. If you are older don't rent this condo. I was unable to open the door when we arrived and called the number. I was told to pull hard on the door in order to get it open which I did and got in but had to wrestle with the door each time as well as traverse the stairs of death. The key in the lock box for the sliding glass door and to operate the elevator didn't fit either lock. The elevator didn't work anyway so had to carry suitcases up the 40 stairs of death. Won't stay here again. If you go to tybee take water with you as the water tastes bad to me.

Great spot

The condo was very nice just like the pics. The location was a great walking distance to the Beach and restaurants. The water view is far but nice from both porches. No problems very enjoyable. The rental company reached out to ensure all was well the day of check I'm.

Overall was pretty satisfied, master bedroom needs some repairs to the outlets. Also parking was not the easiest if you have a car larger than a midsize SUV.

Cute place!!

Overall it was exactly as described. We had an issue getting in with the keyless lock and also ended up not being able to use the front door because of rotted steps. The parking is tight but we were able to fit our Traverse in....very carefully. Overall though it was a nice place in a good location.

Beautiful well maintained Condo

Overall our family had a great experience in this condo. Beautiful, well maintained, basic necessities present, very clean, good working AC/Refrigerator-Freezer, amazing location, Southern Belle was amazing customer service. Areas for improvement is the pool Situation is not very teenager friendly, some electrical outlets need updated/fixed, parking under building is very tight for trucks, upgraded coffee maker would benefit coffee drinkers who bring ground coffee & kcups. Additionally, partying with some friendly locals of the island was very cool as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tybee Island Get-Away

Loved the rental and it is a great location. However, there are a few issues we had. The Microwave did not heat at all even though it did run. Management did provide adequate assistance with this problem. The "single" side of the coffee pot does not work. We did find the couch is greatly worn and extremely uncomfortable, and there no clocks in the unit as well as no alarm clocks. Other than those nuisance issues, we enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT GETAWAY

The condo was decorated pretty, and was perfect size for our stay. I will say that it could of been cleaner. Not sure if the floors get mopped. I would of liked a small vacuum to be kept at the property for the clean freaks who can't handle the dirt and sand tracked in. The property mgmt was wonderful to work with too. It was a few min walk to beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, etc. Perfect location. Parking- If you have a truck or larger vehicle - GOOD LUCK parking! I had an anxiety attack every time my husband had to park his truck under the bldg. But we would definitely stay there again.
