Wish I Had Known...

First the good. The A/C was great and the place was pretty clean (if you ignore the dead roach in my bedroom). The upstairs BR was spacious. Staff was quick to respond and maintenance was fast and efficient. BUT The ad said the downstairs BA was en suite. It's not. The ad said Pool Access. You DO have access...but you should know it's a 6 minute drive away! And is...small. And always over occupied. The street is busy with no sidewalks. The neighborhood is a mix of renovated and rundown. The deck is in rough shape. The property has a grill and pool toys and beach items in a storage area. But it's locked. And they won't give you the key. I was told they were "Not for guests" WHAT? No grill, no fire pit, no pool or beach amenities. I rent houses a couple times a year and this was a letdown, especially at the price.

Beautiful house and an easy walk to beach and restaurants

Great house and great location

We had a blast on Tybee and this house helped! It's 2.5 blocks from the beach, close to places to eat and have a few drinks and only 1.5 miles down to the south end of the island for some more adult fun. You won't regret renting this place.

Graduation getaway.

Our son graduated on Saturday and turned 18 on Wednesday. We planned a getaway to celebrate. The home was clean and spacious. It’s was very nice. We had a blast at Tybee Island. I would highly recommend this place. It’s close to everything.

Perfect beach house

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the property. The house was not only stylish but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the big open floor plan made the house feel huge. We enjoyed having the enormous deck outside. It’s a very short walk to the beach! We brought our doggo and he loved lounging on the deck as well. It’s was a lovely family get away on the beach and just a 20 minute drive to downtown Savannah, which we did go and dine most nights. The property manager was helpful but also gave us all the privacy you’d want. We had zero problems with the proof so we never had to call for any reason. Check in was super easy. Five stars!!

Nice family getaway

The property was clean and super easy to access. Communication about policies was clear. I didn’t have any issues needing attention during the stay. You have to text to get a pool code, and the pool was much farther away than expected. It wasn’t within walking distance for the smaller kids, which meant paying to park down there. The beach was a close walk. Provided were some sand toys, beach mats and boogie boards. The boogie boards provided a LOT of fun for the kids! I only wish there had been beach towels, but we left the ones we bought hoping future guests find it handy. Overall a lovely stay on Tybee Island.

Nice house bad weekend

We booked Tybee island house and were expecting a nice quiet weekend on the beach. The island was overrun with party people. Apparently it was orange crush weekend and it was constant noise, police sirens, racing cars, people banging on our door, and scary moments. The booking agency did not mention this event when I booked which I felt they should have. The house was nice and well appointed but we were captive to the house all weekend. It sucked.

Great House

We loved our stay in this house. It was especially thoughtful of the homeowners for putting up a Christmas tree. We loved it. I am very thankful for the reclining couches. We would be very happy to stay again in the future!

Overall, a lovely home. Spacious, comfy beds and good location. Minor upgrades would have given this home a better rating. Vertical blinds on both sets of sliding glass doors should just be removed.
