Great size for our family

The house was the perfect size for our family. We spent so much time on the front porch and in the kitchen as it was open to the living room…allowing us all to be together. The quick drive to the south end was great to dodge the crowds on the beach, we had so much space to ourselves. Also quick drive or walk to the park which my 6 and 8 year old loved. The house is such a short distance to Savannah so we were able to take a day trip there too!

Walking distance to the beach with a pool.

This place was well stocked and had lots of beds. The pool was the highlight for the kids. Would stay again. We walked to the beach and shops. Had a great time.

Tybee 2024

Very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a great plus for my 87 year old Dad. Also great location to the beach and river. Quiet neighborhood.

We did enjoy our stay, however this house needs a little maintenance work. Downstairs bathroom has loose pedestal sink ,sink in other bathroom drains very slow, furniture uncomfortable,, tile broken pieces in master bath, fan/light on porch does not work. work. T

Great location but needs some fixin!

Overall we had a good stay, great communication, neighborhood and walk to restaurants. This place would be great if put some time into fixing little things like the toilet, low water pressure downstairs, beds are not good to sleep in except for the masters and the pool can use some cleaning .

Family Vacation

It was nice but a few things were amiss. Such as: 2 ceiling fans were not working (1 outside, 1 DR), Need a pool hand rail, Stair rail for back 3 stairs, hand rails for upstairs shower, more pans and cooking bowls in kitchen and a cleaner front porch-the floor and furniture. Other than that, we had a good week! Thank you.

Spring Break with Family

My family and I spent almost a week at the beach. We enjoyed the front porch in the morning for coffee and then in the evening for dinner. All of the rooms were spacious. Pertaining to the upstairs bedroom, the steps were extremely steep and my husband had to duck down every time going up an down. We understand the stairs cannot be changed; however, it would be important to note the accessibility and precaution about the stairs. Areas in the house were slightly dirty. The bathroom rugs were dirty and stained when we entered the house for the first time. The lighting in the home was fairly dark due to use of lamps only for light. The pool was great, a pool company came by and cleaned the pool one morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made many memories. One of our favorite memories was grilling out by the pool while the kids swam. We would love to come back with our family!

I loved the house. It was very spacious for my family. The bathrooms are older and doesn’t have great pressure. There are also bolts by the pool that will hurt your feet if you step on them barefoot. They need to be fixed before someone gets hurt.
