The main living level features an open-concept layout designed to showcase the spectacular oceanfront scenery. On the main living floor, the first bedroom offers a Queen bed, HDTV, and convenient access to a full hallway bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The top floor features two private bedroom suites. The oceanfront primary suite includes a King bed, HDTV, private oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a jetted soaking tub and shower combination. The second suite also features a King bed, HDTV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Additional sleeping accommodations are provided by two twin sleeper chairs located in the living room, offering flexible space for children or additional guests.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to parking for two vehicles, including one garage parking space and one designated parking space within the Beachside Colony community. It is not recommended that oversized vehicles park in the garage. If your group is traveling with additional vehicles, parking may be available at the Oceanfront Cottage Rentals office with advance approval. Please contact our team prior to arrival so we can assist with parking arrangements.

Traveling with a pet?
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $95 pet fee (non-refundable) for your first pet, and $65 for your second pet, with a 20 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Please review pet policies prior to booking.
