Wonderful spring break!

Clean home, stocked with plenty of linen and basic cooking needs, comfortable beds and up to date furniture, awesome location, can walk to the beach/restaurants/bars. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for a stay on Tybee Island

This was our first time visiting Tybee Island. This condo was perfect for my family. We could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Location was perfect, condo was perfect for my little family. Very comfortable beds. We will definitely be returning!

Great little condo!

Overall the place was lovely. Super clean and updated, and close to a bunch of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was beautiful (however they should rethink the tile around it; super slippery and slightly dangerous in shoes but burning hot to walk on without). The only comments we had about the condo itself were the supplies provided. The toilet paper was awful (super cheap 1 ply) and disintegrated on contact with any liquid and only one skinny bar of soap was provided. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful beach condo

Great condo centrally located, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The condo was very comfortable with lots of room for my group. Highly recommended!!

Weekend getaway

The property was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable. Property managers were quick to respond. The pool area was nice but small for the number of properties. My only complaint would be that the pool closes at 5pm. My crew wanted to swim after dinner. In the past we have rented property with private pool and that was nice. Overall this property was great!

Girls Trip

Great condo for our girls trip to Tybee! Close to restaurants and shops. Management company was very responsive. Self-check in and out were seamless. Only criticism was we needed way more towels & toilet paper (we're girls!), there is no full length mirror, and everything closes by 10 pm (although this has nothing to do with the condo). Also, not right on the beach but only 2-3 blocks away. FYI. Otherwise, super nice!!

Wonderful space, perfect location

The condo is more open and spacious than I expected. The kitchen was well equipped for eating in, and there were even 3 beach chairs we used one afternoon. I loved having coffee on the balcony, watching the birds in the palmetto tree across the lane. Wonderful south Tybee location, beach side of Butler. I would definitely stay there again.

Adorable & Comfortable Condo with Amazing Location

The condo was great - cozy but spacious for our group, all amenities as advertised. Incredibly close to beach & pier, and a 3 minute walk to the "resort-style pool" which was also amazing. You barely need to drive since everything - including the grocery store - is walkable. One more favorite feature: the dining table is huge - plenty of room for a rainy day puzzle at one end and still seat 6 for dinner.

Spacious Condo

Nice condo. A little bit of a walk to the beach but we all needed the exercise! :) Roll out bed had dirty linens on it so we just closed it right up and put it back in the closet and there were not enough pillowcases, but they were delivered right away after making Southern Belle aware. Also issue with parking and getting a text that "they" were questioning how many were staying at our condo due to a source stating otherwise so I was not ok with that- (7 people- same as I had put down and it sleeps 8!) Right around the corner from a bar so it was noisy with rowdy drunk people at night. Its a nice spacious condo but not sure I would stay there again.

Scary situations

Upon arrival we loaded the luggage carrier with all of our stuff which was a lot because we had are a family of 5. Then we couldn't get the elevator to work? Finally after about 15 mins it finally opened my sister put the luggage cart inside the elevator and proceeded up to the first floor but it jolted and she was stuck inside! Mind you it's 90 degrees outside and just as hot inside! I called the number that was listed on the rental and explained the situation and that my sister was stuck inside but then the doors popped open my sister quickly got out. The lady said she would contact someone to come take a look at it? Don't believe that ever happened! We also recorded on video what it was doing and how loud it was. Then halfway through the trip there was a large black van parked wonky in someone else's parking spot it looked like someone was living out of it and they definitely didn't live there or was someone who rented a unit! On the day we checked out we decided to stop at southerbelle rentals to show them video of the elevator and the pictures of the van parked there! Worst part is they told me the person who runs the HOA lives on the property but yet they clearly can see the issues that were there not to mention the stairs that is starting to crumble my daughter almost tripped on the stairs because of it. Not one person called me regarding these issues. I would not recommend staying here in this building at all! They do not take care of the property.

Stay at Tybee

It was good, we had a great time. The only thing was the elevator and stairs were in awful shape. At one point I got stuck in the elevator with my 2 year old. It was not comfortable at all. The inspection certificate on the elevator expired in 2020. We did not take it again. Other than that, it was great.
