Lots of issues with a newly run property

When we arrived, we spent 15 minutes trying to get in- realized that not only were we given the wrong check in code, but also that the battery on the keypad was dead. Thankfully someone from the management office was able to come out and replace the batteries within 2 hours.We then realized that the fan vent in the home was broken and making really loud noise because the motor was dying, the shower was
