The smiling marlin above the couch is only the first of many smiles you'll experience in this two-bedroom, two bath condo! With new carpet in the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bath, in addition to a floor-to-ceiling, sliding-glass door leading out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and direct access to the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV, of course- it's vacation time! The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the spacious living area with plenty of velvety, cushy, coastal seating for the entire family. This flows out to the sliding-glass door leading out onto the balcony. The entire unit is bedecked in soothing tones of blue and green, much like the ocean waves that you can hear crashing down just a small walk away.

Summer Winds is situated behind Beachside Colony's town homes, but is mere steps away from the beach beyond, with a view overlooking the pool to the horizon.

This condo has a large balcony with an interior property view. All of our condos have elevator access. Two assigned parking spaces are available for this condo. located under the building. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This picturesque park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests.
