What a VIEW

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property! However, our favorite was sitting in the tall chairs watching the sun come up every morning over the ocean. The furnishing and appliances may be a little dated but honestly it added to the charm of the artistic beach unit. My family had a blast playing games at the large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking dinner.

Fabulous condo on the ocean

I only have positive feedback for our stay at Beachside Colony unit 423. Our first impression as we walked in was that we have a great place to stay. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which isn’t always the case. We had straight on ocean views from the deck and were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The beach was clean and we enjoyed the large area. We will most definitely be back and hope to stay in unit 423 in the future❤️

Everything is familiar and comfortable. The condo itself is great - spacious, nice kitchen that has everything you need to cook a quick meal, huge walk in shower in the master bedroom. Two balconies with amazing views and comfortable chairs. Everyone at the office are amazing. Looking forward to staying here again! I saw a couple of reviews where people were complaining about "broken shades in the master bedroom. A quick note for future guests - curtains / shades in the master bedroom have magnetic closure. GENTLY pull to the end until you hear a very distinct click. If you don't hear it, the curtain will "run back".

Loved watching sunrises on the beach as well as from our balcony! Beach is less than a minute away and everything else is very close by highlyvrecommend. Plenty of room forc4 adults.

We all had a great time. The condo was perfectly located and the balcony views were awesome. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant next to the condo on our first night and going out to do activities was easy and convenient. Thank you so much for having us!! We will be back!

Great location

Beachfront condo with a great beach access. Great condo with all the basics we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds are firm which I didn't love but that is the only negative. The front desk was amazing with helping us get into our condo after hours. You can rent beach chairs right from the front office too. So much to do in Tybee and this location is perfect.
