Guests frequently book this condo for just two people, so don’t hesitate if you’re traveling as a couple. I even offer a discounted cleaning fee if you’ll only use one bedroom and bathroom!
I do my best to accommodate early or late check-ins at no extra charge whenever the schedule allows.
Inside the Condo:
The entry hallway opens to two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed & TV, and the other with two twin beds & TV—both with closets, nightstands, and luggage racks. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these rooms.
Down the hall, you’ll find the open kitchen, dining area, and living room with plenty of seating and natural light. The living room includes a Kid’s Korner with books, puzzles, and games (yes, the Magic 8 Ball still gets plenty of use!).
The spacious primary bedroom is off the living area with an ensuite bath, walk-in closet, and access to the ocean view balcony—shared with the living room. The balcony has a four-person table and two side chairs for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes.
Resort Amenities & Location:
Enjoy two beautiful pools—one heated in cooler seasons—with poolside restrooms, outdoor showers, and loungers. You can also grab a bite or drink at The Deck restaurant without leaving the property. (Try the 9 oz. Boat Grouper with lemon sauce—my favorite!)
Just across the street is a large park, playground, library, and tennis courts (where locals set up pickleball nets). The YMCA offers open play nights for pickleball as well.
We are mid-island, meaning you're right in the middle of Tybee: walk south to the Pier or north to the Lighthouse. The beach in front of the condo is wide and less crowded, and there’s a gentle ramp over the dunes, perfect for strollers, carts, or wheelchairs.
