「I came with my elderly mother to her favourite retreat, the stay was relaxing and very kept and had beautiful decor. The area was a beautiful spot but the hill is very steep, we we’re aware of the as we’ve been to swanage many times and also Ros advised us before we booked, he was also very helpful to our needs, we found him very approachable. Great place and we would highly recommend it . Well done Ros and thank you」

「Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

「Perfect property for our trip with teens, grandparents, extended family and our 2 well behaved dogs. Wonderful space, facilities and views. Host very attentive and excellent communication. We needed somewhere we could access with a wheelchair abd this property was well designed for easy access, a lift and multiple wet rooms. 「We booked this property as a family to attend a wedding. The property looks lovely from the outside but is dated inside. There were cables coming out of the wall in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the frames and we had no instructions on how to use everything. That is just the start of what is wrong with this house.」

「The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again」
