「It was the short weekend runaway we needed and were looking forward to. It's a quick ride to Pittsfield but we decided to cross the border to Manchester, VT. The place was as described, quiet, clean, secluded but easy to find. The Lake was fantastic but, due to weather, decided against taking the kayaks out. Perhaps next time. Thanks to Rich for being a great and gracious host!」

「This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. 「This property is AMAZING! It is in a circa 1820 house with all the associated charm. My friends and I were attending a dog show in West Springfield. This was close enough for a short drive to the venue, but remote enough to provide all the peace and quiet you need. The owners are extremely accommodating with dogs. Those that show dogs truly appreciate this and it made for a fantastic experience. The dogs loved it too! If back again, I will definitely look to book the house again. 」

「My friends and I had the most beautiful rainy weekend here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The spot was perfect for the 5 of us and the river was such a wonderful bonus to our peaceful trip!」
