「We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld. 」

Super netter Besitzer, kamen nach 19 Uhr an und nach telefonischen Kontakt hinterlegte er uns den Schlüssel im Tresor und wir konnten ohne Probleme rein. Tolles Frühstück und schönes Ambiente. Die Pension liegt zwischen Bergen, einfach wunderschön. Wir können es total weiter empfehlen.」

「Absolutely LOVED our stay in Innsbruck! The staff was amazing. They organized an early morning taxi to the train station and packed us breakfast because we had to leave before the breakfast room opened. The packed so much food for us we snacked on it for 2 days! The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was centrally located and easy to walk to everything. If I get back to Innsbruck I will definitely stay here again! 」

「这次带老人出行，订了该酒店的家庭房（即4人间），价格比2卧室的套间还贵，结果房间只有一间，空间不适合这么多人住。想增订一间，结果酒店说没有空房了。不得已，只好在附近酒店另外订一间。另外，酒店的停车场维修不能用，事先也没有告知。」
