“Hatten 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einer super Ferienwohnung in einer super Umgebung mit Olivenbäumen und Obstbäumen. Wir haben es genossen in dem überdachten Sitzplatz zu grillen. Kommen ganz sicher wieder .”

“Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con Expedia, non ho soggiornato presso la struttura in oggetto e gli addetti al booking hanno trovato una sistemazione diversa. Nell'Hotel Seven anbbiamo trovato un personale gentilissimo, abbiamo soggiornato in una casetta vecchia ma pulita ma certmaente non con un prezzo paragonabile a Tenuta Nonna Peppa. Ho scoperto dopo 5 ore, dopo aver pagato 155 euro, che la mia camaera era stata prenotata. Quando pensavate di avvisarmi? E l'ho scopeto non perche……

“Siamo stati in questa struttura in luglio. Casa con ottimo panorama sul mare, buona posizione. È assolutamente consigliata auto, per spesa e visita altre spiagge. Padroni di casa ospitali e gentili. Solo una cosa per cui contasse esclusivamente sul Wi-Fi: il segnale non è in casa ed è debole. Buona cosa la cucina a induzione. Consiglio la struttura anche per periodi più lunghi. Buone vacanze .”

The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. The beach club name is SAN……

“Das Apartment war ganz neu und sehr hell und modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer zu Füßen. Dort gibt es auch eine Minibucht mit Sandstrand. Ein größerer Strand mit Liegen und Strandbar ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die ganz großen Strände (u.a. Playa del Flamingo) sind 10-15 Minuten hinter dem Porto gelegen. Trotz Apartment gab es einen überraschenden Hotelservice: Täglicher (!) Zimmerservice, sehr freundliche Dame, die sich nach den……

“Ivan the owner was wonderful The grounds were beautiful The pool was clean it was manicured landscape the groundsman were wonderful the night time watchman was wonderful we came so close to buying a penthouse apartment was getting ready to sign the papers and then I met the manager let's just say that's just not happening anymore I don't know what her problem was with Americans but no Ivan great The apartment fantastic The property manager not so nice”
