Secondly the lack of communication between Hotels.com and the Hotel was discomforting on arrival as the voucher had not reached the hotel at my arrival time. The state of the mattress for the other bed was in the least shocking, the mattress needs to be replaced.”

“The accommodation was perfect for us as we where in the area for a cycle race. The place was very accommodating by having a very early breakfast and supplied a place we could park our bikes indoors (there where other cyclists also staying there as well). Staff are friendly and everything went to plan.”
