“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”

“位置蠻好，步行至武器廣場只需三分鐘，但因為是木製建築，隔音不太好，夜晚有人走動，聲音蠻大的，無線網路不太好，但房間還算整潔，若在早餐時段之前要參加旅行團，可前一天告知旅館，他們會先準備一份可外帶早餐，總體來說還算是不錯的旅館。”

“員工人都非常好！早餐也超級棒！住宿非常乾淨！位置又接近武器廣場！唯一缺點是吹風機大概十秒就會斷電一次 但可以跟員工反應 會給你一隻不會斷電的吹風機”

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“Os únicos pontos positivos foram o café da manhã e a localização. Prédio antigo, quartos nos andares superiores com longas escadas, péssimo para subir com malas, e para os dias de adaptação com a altitude. Horário do check out nas redes sociais é 10h, mas no hotel informam que precisamos sair às 9h. Funcionários não fazem muito esforço para deixar o hóspede a vontade. Quartos com cheiro de mofo, abafados, nossa janela era basculante e dava para o telhado do prédio ao lado, criando uma sensação……

“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

“This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). The room was so clean and cute, water and oxygen in case we needed it was ready. When we left for our overnight hike they had breakfast ready at……
