“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”
“Location might be a bit far from the main historical sites.
Good staff. Relaxing environment
The laundry service was too expensive though the service was good”
“Darling property with large comfortable rooms, peaceful courtyard and views of the city from the charming lobby. At night the view is sparkling with lights. The staff were
very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again in a heart beat”
“I enjoyed my stay at Atoq. It was convenient to Plaza de Armas, and so much more. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were beyond kind, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is, the bed pillows were awful. And the mattress wasn’t too comfortable, my friends had the same sentiment. But the overall general……
“My stay at Monasterio was nothing short of extraordinary. I had the pleasure of staying in both the Junior Suite and the One Bedroom Suite, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The service was impeccable, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making my trip truly memorable.
The staff went above and beyond to assist with my travel needs, including seamless transfers to and from the airport as well as the train station for the Hiram Bingham journey. The staff even helped me……
“Everybody was amazing, super close to all the main places, the staff super friendly and great recommendation for food and places since we have a youtube channel and we were recoding some stuff. Follow us Mommies Viajeras thanks. ”
“Location, location, location. Is it a luxurious hotel where you can just stay in for the day and enjoy hotel amenities?... no is not. It is boutique hotel in the heart of Cusco, walking distance to almost everything, where they treat you great, is clean, you have a great night sleep and hot shower and better breakfast and then go visit the city and take your tours during the day... repeat. Yes, I would recommend, value vs quality is great, no complaints at all. As a family this is the type of……
“What a unique and comfortable place to base our stay in Cusco for our family of 6! The gardens in the courtyard were so beautiful, and even featured a resident parrot (Adobe). Wonderful property manager who was so responsive. ”
“This charming boutique hotel features friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. Both the hotel and our room were clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We truly enjoyed the stunning view from our room and the amazing breakfast offered each morning. The hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area of Cusco, with restaurants and the Plaza de Armas just a short walk away.”
“El personal es amable. Me asignaron un cuarto mas grande del que reserve.
Como sali en tpir a las 6 am deje mi maleta y ellos la cuidaron por mi el dia esta en 15 soles. Cuando regrese a los dos dias mi maleta ya estaba en mi cuarto . Genial!!
Si el lugar es frio pero todo peru es frio en esta temporada seca, es invierno solo traigan un sueter
Lo que si la temperatura de la regadera es tibia se agradeceria un poco mas caliente.”
"The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.
