「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. Hot water in shower, There were enough blankets on bed for the cold at night. 「When we got there there were no towels available for our room, even after checking-in. We had to wait about 2 hrs to get them. There was no way to control the room temperature because there was no ac. The safe in the room was not working, asked for help on the front desk and they never got back to us. The shower was not very clean, it had mold on all corners and on the wall. Would not recommend.」
