「Let me begin by saying that the staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the following issues were present: Ther are 42 steep steps, often wet, to the entrance of the hotel. This was not disclosed online. Our room had ants; on the floor, in the bed, in the bathroom, and on our things. Extremely low water pressure in the shower and the handles were reversed. The water never got truly hot. The room was not cleaned while we were there. We had to ask for fresh towels and for trash to be...

「We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic.」
