「On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything....

The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

「從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間， 雖然我們的火車有延誤， 但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們， 房間內的設備很完善， 還有按摩浴缸使用， 到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂， 但完全不影響住宿睡眠， 床很舒適， 早餐的樣式雖不多， 但服務人員很有禮貌， 還有新鮮現打果汁， 可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。」
