「The place was nice and clean but the hot water was a huge problem. The company kept saying it was our fault, we had to turn the tap on and off 3 times. We tried their suggestions and nothing. All we got was absolutely freezing water. I had asked to be compensated by say a free night or some money off the state and just was completely ignored. I would not stay there again.」

「Nice Apartment close to everything. We enjoyed our stay in Cusco Peru, It is a bit chilly in June and the apartment was pretty cold. I guess most houses in Cusco do not have heat so be prepared to dress warm. There was one small heater in the living room that did not put out too much heat. June is a big festival month so there are lots of celebrations going on all month. This apartment is a economical option for staying in Cusco. Fernando was easy to get a hold of when there were questions.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, easy to find, and walking distance from everything in the historic center. The staff was very attentive to our needs, keeping the fresh water and firewood stocked throughout our stay. The laundry service was a nice amenity also; especially after our 4-day Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. I would definitely stay here again!」

「This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. The Wifi was unavailable for a day, but it was the company's fault. There was Coca and...
