「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. 」

「When we got there there were no towels available for our room, even after checking-in. We had to wait about 2 hrs to get them. There was no way to control the room temperature because there was no ac. The safe in the room was not working, asked for help on the front desk and they never got back to us. The shower was not very clean, it had mold on all corners and on the wall. Would not recommend.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel during my time in Cusco. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the journey — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with arrangements, recommendations, and support after long hiking days. One thing that really stood out was the laundry service. It was fast, efficient, and the quality was excellent, which made a huge difference after returning from trekking. The hotel environment was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing....
