“talk about history! walking into this place - STUNNING! BEAUTIFUL! i thought i booked a two story room but we just got a single floor with three beds - it was a stunning space but the bathroom was extremely tiny and the shower pressure sucked. there is a salon downstairs so we all had our hair washed there. the unlimited tea in the lobby was fabulous and so nice to snuggle in the lobby at night at the end of the day. everything was clean and the staff was very kind - some knew english better……

3) Friendly hotel staff.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.”
“Heavy moulding in the bathroom. Room is run-down with random stains and patches on the walls. Unknown metal protrudes from the wall. Bathroom rails and shelves are rusted.
Staff provided inaccurate check in procedure, though it was resolved relatively quickly.
I do not recommend this property. At this price range there are much better options in the area (or at least unmoulded options). ”
“After a long trek and due to train strike at Macchu Picchu, I booked this hotel last minute. The property was very quiet, clean with hot shower. The breakfast was very good with fresh juice and hot options. Overall it was a very good stay -I wanted to be at a quiet area walkable to main square. They property was just right for that. They even stored my bags. ”
“Overall, you get what you pay for - not too many amenities bit staff are friendly and place is vlean enough. We went in the winter (July) so quite cold at night (no heat, lots of blanket). Area can be quite loud at night too.”

“Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated.”

The family was so kind and made us fresh breakfast at times that worked best for us! We felt so safe and so comfortable, if we come back to Peru we will definitely stay here again. ”

The receptionist lady was very friendly and even help me with making phone calls for tours. I recommend this place, it’s close to downtown Cusco and it’s in a very nice area. ”

"Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage."
"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
