“I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city……

Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. “My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely……

“Everything is good we enjoyed the unit. There is nobody on site that works there just be aware before you go here. it's not really a problem but if you have questions there's no one on site. It's very centrally located to the plazas others complain about noise we stayed in two different units there one was more quiet than the other but it's typical South America when you're in busy area”

“Room was nice, good view on the city. Night light was really nice. The Bath tub could take hours to fiil up, so we take a shower instead. Lest romantic. Lady at the front desk was really nice. Need good cardio always up and down hill”
