“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……

“The staff were very helpful and kind. It’s a 20 minute walk to most everything. For the price, it was perfect.”

“This is a budget hotel - but the value and service for the price cannot be beat. I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. The markets that run outside the hotel on both sides attract a lot of people and it’s busy and could be a little intimidating for some. I……

"The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
