The was one of our favorite places to stay at! The rooms were gorgeous and the views were breathtaking. All of the staff were extremely friendly, chill, and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you’re visiting the sacred valley or acclimating to the climate.

Incredible hotel, location, and experience - would recommend! The breakfast with the alpacas and llamas was incredible. The room and the view from it was absolutely breathtaking. Their restaurant serves delicious food as well. We didn’t eat anywhere else in sacred valley because we enjoyed their food so much! Overall, we had an incredible experience

This is a unique "experience" in the world. You will never tire of A. looking at the mountain and valley, especially during the sunset. B. Breakfast with the llamas and alpaca troup. C. The infinite number of stars and the milky way. Small nick, the food is average. However, try the ceviche frito and thank me later!

Really neat experience out in the mountains. Breakfast with llamas and aplacas was amazing. Rooms can get cold ask to have the fireplace turned on. There didn’t seem to be a lot of guest (September) we went to get food/drinks at the bar and there was no one around for at least 10 minutes. One day we came back from a day out and the lobby door was locked had to message on whatsapp, thankfully it didn’t take long for them to see it. Jacuzzi at night was amazing.

Tudo perfeito!

Nice property. I can see some people may love this hotel. It’s a small but very clean property. The dome didn’t have heating and it was so cold. Limited amenity and staff. We arrived

It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW.

The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer.

This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. Make sure to tell them you want to use it a couple of hours before because it takes tome to heat. We loved it. They also arranged horseback riding right from the hotel. The views were incredible.
