「One of the most idyllic and peaceful retreats I’ve visited in traveling to 50 countries. You will not regret your stay. On site restaurant has great food. Breakfast included is full breakfast with many options including made to order omelettes. 」
「This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The grounds were beautiful, and the accommodation was superb. A hiking trail was adjacent to the property which provided a panorama vista of the Sacred Valley. I will definitely say here again when I visit the Sacred Valley.」
「If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Ollantaytambo, Lizzy Wasi in Urubamba is the absolute perfect place to stay. I stayed here for 4 nights with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The property itself is gorgeous and cozy, featuring a beautiful, serene garden. At night, away from the city lights, the stargazing is incredible!
A special mention goes to the food: the breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the onsite restaurant was...
「The place was good and relaxing but it is away from town. No activities in hotel. Good if you want to relax before or after machu pichu. Room is clean and has good views. Breakfast was nice」
「Unfassbar coole Erfahrung!
「There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.」
「If you are travelling to Ollantaytambo, you have to stay at The Quechua Lodge. The property is so pretty, the location is wonderful, and it is incredibly relaxing and Zen. It has a cozy, small community feel where you immediately feel at home.
Edith and her husband Stijn were absolutely amazing. What really set them apart was how they cared for me when I got sick during my stay. They actually went to the pharmacy themselves to get me medicine and made sure I was looked after until I recovered....
「The staff was super accommodating, helpful, and assisted with all transportation. They also held our luggage during our trip to Machu Picchu. Rooms were basic but clean and was extremely happy with the hotel」
