「The property was beautiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that we were expecting to be staying in a haunted hotel as stated in everything we read about the property. 「Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats.」

「The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. 」

「Daniels House Inn is a beautiful home with lots of history and character. We stayed in the Great Room and loved it. The room had a very comfy king-sized adjustable bed that was great after long days of walking the town! The property is very close to all of the shops and attractions in Salem. We always try to find accommodations with history and this home has tons of antiques and other interesting historical documents and such. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Salem!」

「Our room on the 3rd floor was clean and ready when we arrived. The associate at check-in was efficient, but unfortunately for us, did not mention that if we wanted housekeeping to clean our room, we needed to let the front desk know. In any other hotel we have ever stayed in, simply not putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door let them know that we wanted the room cleaned. 「Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. 」
