Simplesmente perfeito!

Sobre o imóvel, excelente, limpo, ótima localização, tem de tudo, uma piscina perfeita e a vista é maravilhosa. Os donos extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos. A recepção não deixou a desejar, todo mundo muito prestativo além de ser ao lado do centro e da praia. Um lugar que com certeza iremos novamente.

Imóvel fantastico

O Luiz foi fantástico, nos atendeu sempre que solicitamos, o local é excelente e completo! A única situação que atrapalhou nossa estadia foi a situação do nosso país sobre covid 19, acabamos ficando restritos sem uso dos recursos que o condomínio oferece, restrição as praias... porém o Luiz nos deu todo suporte para gerenciar esta crise. Recomendo este imóvel!

Esta foi nossa segunda estadia com o Sr Luiz em sua casa no condomínio, e mais uma vez nossas férias foram maravilhosas, como fomos muito bem atendidos na primeira vez, não precisamos pensar muito e claro decidimos voltar e tudo continua excelente a casa muito bem limpa todos utensílios de cozinha para podermos usar ar condicionados excelentes, tivemos um problema com fogão que foi prontamente atendido e o Sr Luiz comprou um novo fogão este sempre muito prestativo sempre que tinha alguma dúvida ele me atendia, muito confiável, o condomínio maravilhoso, a piscina com águas bem quentes ficávamos até as 23:00 hrs aproveitamos muito resumindo excelente opção sempre iremos voltar agora temos um lugar que atende nossas expectativas parece que estamos em casa muito obrigado Luiz estamos muito felizes com estas férias e claro voltaremos novamente

Me hospedei com minha família por 1 semana na casa , e fiquei muito satisfeita com o conforto . A cozinha é muito bem equipada, e os quartos muito confortáveis. Aproveitamos muito a piscina do condomínio, é tudo muito limpo ,organizado e tranquilo.O proprietário é muito solicito. Já estou programando a próxima!!

Gostaria de deixar aqui nossa satisfação com este imóvel e com o proprietário Luiz como todos tínhamos uma expectativa ao alugar o local, entre elas se seria realmente igual as fotos se seria limpo e bem cuidado, neste caso superou nossas expectativas o imóvel é perfeito muito próximo a praia da Enseada, a famosa Praia de Santa Rita entre outras podendo ir a pé o condomínio maravilhoso os funcionários muito atenciosos gostaria de deixar um agradecimento muito especial a dois deles da postaria Rodrigo e Edvaldo tivemos muito contato com os dois já estamos planejando próximo passeio e com certeza será neste imóvel obrigado Luiz foram até agora nossas melhores férias em Ubatuba
