“Simple guesthouse with easy access to the beach. I stayed in the chalet with two other people, and it had all the necessary utensils for preparing small meals. The pool was clean, and the guesthouse offers a simple breakfast. The place is not luxurious , it’s rustic, but the owners, Fabiana and Lucas, are extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I would say it’s the perfect place for travelers who plan to explore the region and use the guesthouse mainly as a comfortable……

“stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Way to over priced for what your receive in hotel standard and facilities. Poor customer service from staff. rooms not of high quality and uncomfortable bed. Over charged on check out where another guests charges where billed to my account. I would not stay here again. Much improvement required for this price point and I would really advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to definitely book else where. The pictures paint one vision in reality it's something……

“Quero deixar registrado o quanto foi excelente a minha estadia no Hotel Coquelli em Ubatuba. Desde a chegada, tudo foi impecável. O café da manhã é simplesmente top, com muita variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. A piscina é muito boa, sempre limpa e bem cuidada, perfeita para relaxar. A limpeza do hotel em geral chama atenção, tudo muito organizado e bem mantido. Além disso, a vista é maravilhosa, trazendo ainda mais tranquilidade para a experiência. Dá pra ver que existe um cuidado em cada……

“ A Pousada é linda, tem uma ótima localização e um café da manhã delicioso. Porém duas recepcionistas que me atendeu foram ríspidas e ainda bem que pra compensar o rapaz do bar e a moçaa do café da manhã eram super educados e atenciosos. O quarto também decepcionou pois era luxo com terraço, porém a cama adicional que foi colocada era péssima, bem baixa e estava com a estrutura cheia de pó. ”

“The absolute highlight of this hotel is the team: The staff is consistently attentive, incredibly welcoming, and extremely helpful. The breakfast also completely won me over – it is fresh, very good, and offers great variety every day. The only downside is the location, which is just okay and not exactly in the center of the action. However, if you value genuine hospitality and a strong culinary start to your day, you are in very good hands here.”
