A nice, comfortable place. The staff aren’t the most multi-lingual for a resort, but they make up for that with their eagerness to help. The facilities are simple and rustic, which if that’s your thing, this place will be great. The architecture of the restaurant is fun, and there is a lot of greenery and living things to immerse yourself in nature.

Hotel no meio da Mata!

Local fantástico, dentro da mata com muita vida selvagem. Quartos muito confortáveis e a pouca distância da sede. Comida no restaurante muito bom e atendimento ótimo por toda equipe! Área de camping muito bacana.

A ideia é maravilhosa. Uma ótima opção para quem quer relaxar na praia. As instalações são simples. O café é bom, nada excepcional. O restaurante tem muita opção, mas deixou a desejar no preparo. Excelente final de semana

Bangalo muito confortável, cama grande, bons travesseiros, banheiro muito bom, ar condicionado muito bom, itens de higiene excelentes (xampu, condicionador, sabonete liquido). Café da manhã excelente, incluindo omeletes e tapioca feitos na hora. Serviços de praia e piscina muito bons. Unico senão foi a falta de blecaute para escurecer um pouco mais o quarto, pois assim que o sol nascia entrava bastante luminosidade.

Improvável que exista um chefe no restaurante, cardápio muito amplo. Montagem dos pratos com produtos pré preparados. Falta de padrão nos produtos que compoem os pratos e falta da padrao na montagem dos pratos, falta do devido trabalho definido pelo verbo cozinhar. O perdoável de toda essa situaçao é o conhecimento sobre o turismo de massa e seus estragos na cultura culinária local.

Serviço de limpeza do quarto ruim, chegamos e tinha fio dental no chão do quarto, ar condicionado não funcionava, reclamei e arrumaram, colchão velho. Comida do restaurante horrível, (no jantar), café da manhã bem na média. Se chamando de “resort” estava MUITO fraco. A única coisa boa, é a acomodação, bar e cadeiras na praia. Não vale o valor cobrado!

Apenas um reparo Dada a pouca taxa de ocupação no hotel no periodo da nossa estadia, alguns serviços nao estavam a funcionar. pela nossa parte nao foi um problema e passamos um estadia bastante agradável o que me criou algum desconforto foi o facto de, da mesma forma que nós lidamos bem com falta de serviços, apenas lhes pedimos que nos permitissem o late check out e a resposta foi muito fria, e apenas disseram que o podiam fazer mediante pagamento !!!!

Lindo hotel, mas não vale o que cobra!

Boa estrutura, construído no meio da mata. Praia semi particular com deck e balsa. O tempo já dá sinais no hotel, tanto na manutenção quanto no conforto dos quartos. Lençóis e toalhas gastos, colchão já com necessidade de troca. Bangalô sem isolamento acústico, fomos acordados pelos vizinhos, ouvindo-os utilizar o banheiro! Restaurante bom e caro. A estadia não valeu o preco que pagamos!

Só é resort no nome

O local só tem resort no nome. Ficamos num bangalô super simples, com uma cama ruim (colchao de mola molenga). Apesar de sermos um casal com um adolescente, nos colocaram do lado da brinquedoteca, ou seja, não conseguimos descansar. O café da manhã é ok, lotado de carboidrato e sem nenhum diferencial. Foi exatamente igual nos dois dias que ficamos. Os pontos positivos foram o atendimento e a comida a la carte.
