A pousada em si é relativamente boa, o quarto oferece um conforto médio. Porém pelo valor que é cobrado, eles deveriam oferecer o mínimo que é serviço de quarto todos os dias. Eles realizam a limpeza e troca de toalhas do quarto apenas na manhã seguinte a 2ª diária ( no caso 3º dia). E mesmo pedindo, não autorizam pegar toalhas limpas no segundo dia.

A pousada em si é muito bonita,café da manhã sem variedades mas até que o suficiente,dei uma dica a respeito das frutas pois é muito desconfortável se servir com garfo já que são picadas , por ser picadas perfeito minha esposa amou, mas não custa nada ter um talher para se servir rsrs, olha em relação ao valor que geralmente é a diaria,acho que tem pousadas melhores no mesmo valor. Deveriam investir em roupas de cama novas, ter recepção 24hrs e melhorar a variedade no café. Sao coisas que faria da pousada perfeita já que tem pontos muito positivos. A mesa posta é muito bonita.

A experiência foi boa. Achei ruim os horários do café e do check out. O horário do café começa às 8:00 e o check out é ao meio dia. Fica um intervalo pequeno. Com um check out cedo, o café deveria ter um horário cedo também.

O atendimento foi padrão, as dependências estão carentes de manutenção preventiva: exemplo: ar-condicionado velhos e filtros sujos, pia entupida, demora na troca das toalhas, quarto de 13 metros quadrados, MUITO PEQUENO, um quarto que só cabe camas, boxe porta deixa vazar água, tomadas antigas, café da manhã FRACO, o VALOR DA DIÁRIA NÃO CORRESPONDE AO QUE OFERECE.
