"The staffs were super friendly and went beyond to help me. I love everything , especially the breakfast! The only issue is the gym opens after 11am, which is kinda late. really wish it opens a bit earlier."

"Clean, business style hotel, simple yet extremely functional. Both check-in/out are completed on a kiosk to the right-side of the front desk. Suited our needs wonderfully and the only suggestion for improvement would be thicker walls so I don't hear my neighbors."

"Location was ideal for our four night stay. Located a short walk from Kokura Station, we were able to get checked in and into a restaurant for dinner within 45 mins of arriving by train from Osaka. Room was clean, and adequate in size for four adults. There was no servicing of the room during the stay, which meant damp towels some days. Kitchenette had the basics which was helpful for heating up combini meals."
