This was a simple room with a comfortable bed for a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We used the pool and it was clean and we found it great for swimming.

Very nice small hotel with a pool and small restaurant in the heart of Ubud. Staff is fabulous... Able to cheerfully answer any questions, make suggestions, etc. Spa staff were great... Very relaxing massage services. Only suggestion would be filtered water dispensers in rooms or at least the lobby to allow refilling water bottles instead of using disposable bottles

AMAZING STAY
Artotel was so amazing - it was clean, affordable, and the location was easy to get to a lot of different places (either walking or simple to get a taxi). but more importantly - the staff was INCREDIBLE. they were there for anything i needed - friendly, helpful, amazing. i can not say enough things. everyone was great but specifically two people Dwija and Gede just helped me with anything. I would stay here over and over for the staff.

There’s no gym but to be honest for the price you are paying; the value is damn good do you can’t fault it. The property and room is top notch (but sound proofing might be an issue). Too notch in the sense of the room size; the design and insta worthiness of the whole place. Property is also conveniently located, so it is easy to go around ubud. Food wise; the restaurant next to it which Artotel partners to bring you breakfast is a great place to eat; the kombucha and flan donuts are a must try!

The hotel is located in a rather quiet part of Ubud, to walk to the city center it takes around 10-15 min. The next supermarket is 5min away. Breakfast is included in the café next door, however, each guest will just get to choose one breakfast item + drink. These items are rather small for someone who prefers a bigger breakfast. The room is absolutely gorgeous as well as the pool. In general, the hotel is really small and has more of a boutique vibe. Many travellers here are 20 - 40 years old and there are pretty much no young children.

Artotel is the best for relaxation and service.
Wow, what an incredible hotel. It was everything I hoped for in a relaxing stay. Location is walkable to the center of Ubud shopping and restaurants, but far enough outside the chaos. I chose it also because it's on a main road and easy to access by car. It's a small boutique-style hotel but the rooms are big and had a little patio facing nature. The bed was very comfortable and oh my goodness the rain shower was amazing. They provide slippers in the room and a small area to hang your clothes. AC was nice and cold. Water was warm and pressure was perfect. I used the pool once which was clean and refreshing. They offer guests 50% off spa services on the 3rd floor so my friend and I took advantage of it. I got 2 massages and 1 body scrub from Oming. She was professional, kind, did amazing bodywork. She even came on her day off to do my scrub. The front desk staff were always helpful and on hand for our questions or requests. The restaurant next door - Full Circle - is soooo good. We had breakfast there each morning, included with our booking, and the whole menu was delicious. The coffee is by Expat Roasters, and is fantastic. The staff remembered us each day, the decor was on point, music vibes was fire, and of course very convenient while staying at the hotel. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. You will not regret it.

I sray at G/F of Studio 30, just next to the swimming pool. Hotel design is modern. 50% discoount offering on SPA and also the service experience was good. Although the swimming pool is small but since not much ppl and having sun shine there, it was good. The position of room setting is wrong, Breakfast option can be more.

Trata-se de um hotel pequeno e muito tranquilo, com instalações modernas e confortáveis. Localizado a uma curta caminhada do Monkey Forest e da zona central de Ubud, mas fora das ruas de maior confusão. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço é bom e bem confeccionado, mas é servido "a la carte" apenas se podendo escolher uma das opções, pelo que a quantidade servida poderá ser insuficiente para a primeira refeição do dia, restando apenas a possibilidade de escolher outras opções e suportar o custo das mesmas em separado.

I liked the modern design and the privacy of the room with a little terrace (too bad there was no natural light nor any view out of the ground floor). I appreciated the nice modern Cafe next door with good food at relatively reasonable prices for a “trendy” place... The service was good and friendly but occasionally irregular. I did not use the small pool which was too close to the entrance (probably due to a lack of space). Overall, a nice stay.

O hotel é bem bonito. Nos receberam com um drink de boas vindas, nesse momento estava iniciando a aula de yoga, pude fazer e foi uma experiencia legal (essa aula grátis acontece no último andar, 2 vezes por semana, fui na aula das 17h). O quarto tem bastante espaço, o banheiro é bom. Porém tinha um cheiro de mofo muito forte no quarto, parecia vir do ar condicionado e quando abríamos a janela da sacada, para tentar amenizar o cheiro de mofo, vinha uma cheiro de fumaça bem forte também. Reclamamos na recepção, porém quando voltamos para o quarto o cheiro estava igual. O café da manhã é no restaurante ao lado, você recebe um ticket com as opções de café: Um prato doce ou salgado + 1 bebida ( suco ou café ou chá ). Fomos 2 x nesse restaurante e todos os pratos que pedimos eram bons. Sobre a localização, fica perto da floresta dos macacos e de uma avenida (JL. Hanoman) cheia de bares e restaurantes.

위치는 우붓 중심에서 조금 멀다. 새로 지어서 시설은 매우 좋고 겉으로 보기엔 깨끗한데 침대에 자꾸 개미가 기어 다님.. 그것 빼곤 만족 수영장은 생각보다 좀 작지만 조식이 매우매우 훌륭함

다른 지역에서 지갑을 도난 당해서 도움이 필요했는데 직원분이 정말 친절하고 침착하게 대응해주셨어요. 비록 관할구역이 아니라서 우붓에서 해결할 수는 없었지만 도와주시려고 노력하는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 아침 조식도 맛있고 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 처음엔 호텔 로비가 너무 작아서 조금 당황하기는 했지만 그것 빼고는 괜찮았어요. 헤어드라이기 없을 줄 알고 가져갔었는데 헤어드라이기 있더라구요. (실내에서 사용하는 슬리퍼가 뾱뾱 소리 나서 이동할 때 조금 부담스러워요. 소리 때문에)

The property is relatively new and it shows; it's modern and clean. We stayed on the ground floor, and our room had a private garden. The breakfast that was included with the room was a la carte and amazing; they would even deliver it to the room. It would be nice if the pool was slightly bigger or had shade, but I have zero complaints about this hotel for the price.
