Very good

First of all, the staff are fantastic. Their smiles upon first contact eased any anxiety I might have had about being in Bali for the first time. I was also very grateful for the 24-hour support they provided via WhatsApp during my stay. The pool was also fantastic, surrounded by forest, creating a truly hotel-like atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff were all fantastic from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Everyone from the front desk reception to the restaurant staff were very helpful, always going above and beyond - the floating breakfast was also really nice. They were also very responsive to answer all our questions and inquiries and provided many recommendations for activities to do. The restaurant was very good, providing a variety of options. I don’t think I could’ve chose a better place to stay in Ubud.. The property is spotless and well maintained. The suites were beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious! The hospitality at this location is impeccable! No request is too big or small and they offer a free photo shoot session with 1 free photo and a free shuttle to town and back (access to the restaurants and shopping). Trust me and book this place!

Very nice atmosphere They offer all day breakfast, so you can have your breakfast at night even you are in a rush in the morning. But maybe the weather is humid on the mountain so the bed keeps feeling of moist. TV in our room is always no signal. As they let you immerse in a very natural environment, if you are afraid of bugs, it may not be a good choice for you.
