This hotel in Ubud is a true gem. We had a wonderful stay and what really made the experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and our stay felt very personal and meaningful because of them. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The food at the hotel is also lovely, and the all-day breakfast was a great touch and made the stay feel even more relaxed. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Ubud — we would happily return. 🌿

Nous avons séjourné à l’Adiwana Unagi Suites et globalement passé un très bon moment. La chambre est magnifique : grande, très belle piscine privée, et une superbe salle de bain en extérieur avec baignoire, douche, lavabo et toilettes. Les attentions sont vraiment appréciables : boissons à volonté dans le mini-bar (bières, sodas, eau…), fruits frais et barres protéinées offerts. Une très belle attention ! Le spa de l’hôtel est excellent, nous nous sommes fait masser et c’était génial. Petits bémols cependant : • Beaucoup de moustiques (prévisible à Bali, mais à prendre en compte). • La piscine privée était un peu froide. • Bruit : notre chambre était juste en face du restaurant, donc tous les soirs jusqu’à 22h nous avions un chanteur en live assez fort. La chambre étant également proche de la route, il y avait pas mal de bruit de circulation, et le coq le matin tôt. Enfin, comme souvent à Bali, le petit-déjeuner n’est pas un buffet : un seul plat et une boisson au choix, ce qui est un peu limité. Globalement, l’hôtel est très beau avec de belles prestations et un bon service, mais le bruit environnant a un peu impacté notre sommeil.

First of all, the staff are fantastic. Their smiles upon first contact eased any anxiety I might have had about being in Bali for the first time. I was also very grateful for the 24-hour support they provided via WhatsApp during my stay. The pool was also fantastic, surrounded by forest, creating a truly hotel-like atmosphere. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Amazing!

It was an amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely perfect but the people were even better. Yande, Tutu, Gede and our driver Kodi were incredible, so attentive, sweet and kind. I recommend anyone to stay there!
