It was disappointing on arrival at hotel to find that undergoing renovations and mound of dirt at entrance situated to empty disused day spa . Reception area found upon walking through wet and dirt laden pathway . Hotel staff would not facilitate to change booking dates and as per Agoda policy would not receive refund . Therefore had to stay at hotel for the week . Limited menu for breakfast . Pool deck chairs old and worn with holes . However hotel staff were attentive and worked hard to make a pleasant stay for guests . Hotel set amongst rice paddies and rainforest that staff spray insect repellent daily

The hotel's location was convenient for tourist attractions, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. I booked 2 suites for 5 nights at this supposedly 4-star hotel on Expedia, but my experience would rate it 3 stars at best. Upon arrival at 3am, we were assigned room 716, where we couldn't sleep due to loud noise from the occupants above, including running and thumping sounds from the ceiling, as well as gecko noises throughout the night. Due to the noise, I felt unsafe and couldn't distinguish if people were knocking on my door or trying to come in. The room also had mosquitoes, and the mosquito net had big gaps that couldn't cover the bed completely. The sockets were far from the bed, and charging was slow despite using fast charging chargers. The room wasn't soundproof, allowing us to hear insects and geckos from outside. After informing the hotel via WhatsApp about the noise, we were moved to room 718, which was quieter and faced the pool. Room 718 had a functional mosquito net and fewer mosquitoes. However, the noise from the outside common walkway persisted, and we could hear knocking or people talking outside, which made me feel unsafe. The bedsheets and blankets also had an odour and were not changed despite informing the receptionist (same stains at the same spots). There are no lifts, only stairs and unsheltered walkway to lobby (very inconvenient when it rains). The booking was non-refundable. Would not stay here again simply because of the infrastructure.

とても落ち着くヴィラです。自然の中だけど蚊に刺されることはありませんでした。ゆったりとした広い部屋。バスタブも大きくてよかったのですが、水圧が弱く溜まるまで時間がかかり、そのうちお湯も冷たくなってきたのが残念です。朝食はオーダーシステムで美味しかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atta Mesari. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast is good with a variety of options. The villas have a very peaceful feeling, no noise of traffic which is nice for Ubud. The pool and spa are both lovely. There is a free shuttle into the town centre every two hours, would be good if it was hourly, as a little too far to walk.

Worst villa resort ever!!!!

When arriving at reception we were a little weary of our decision for booking this hotel. A small hut with a dirty table, a telephone and messy office bedside table were to greet us at 3pm in the afternoon. No staff to be seen only heard talking in a back room. After 4-5min we were finally noticed by someone in there way home. We were shortly after taken to our villa, the smell of musty mould and mildew was horrendous. Wanting to use our private pool straight away was not an option as the pool filter system was not working and the top of the water was covered in dead bugs, leaves and flowers from overhanging trees. After 30-40min we decided to go to town, apon getting changed a faint hello was heard and we see three room attendants/maintainence workers enter our villa. Maybe putting a door bell like all other hotels would be an option so we could have privacy until letting in staff would be appropriate. Only after three nights the pool was fixed and that led to being our check out day. Our telephone didn’t work, so we couldn’t order room service, had to go to the restaurant to ask instead. Our 10 month old daughter was extremely sick on our check out and we needed a jump start on our car as we left the lights on overnight. We asked for assistance as we needed to go to the hospital as her condition was very bad, but were just laughed at by two young employees. Not until my my wife cried and older man helped out. Overall the worst hotel/villa stay ever. Will never return here.

The 2 rooms villa was spacious & clean. The pool was smaller than expected. Standard amenities. Staff was polite & helpful. Location to Ubud central is only accessible by the free shuttle or by taxi. A little disappointed that it was not overlooking any padi field as shown on pictures indicated in hotel.com.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto cordiale, a due passi dal centro di ubud (circa 1,5km), presente servizio navetta. Camere con vista stupenda sulle risaie, pulizia buona. Cucina ottima, servizio buono. SPA carina. Piscina bella ma spesso all'ombra siccome circondata da palme. Viaggiato in copia.

町からは遠いが静かで自然が多いホテル

私たちは初めての日本人ゲストということで、部屋を同じ料金でスイートにアップグレードしてもらいました。スイートはとても広く、ベッドルームが２つ、景色（水田、やしの木など）もとても素敵で、バンガローの外（敷地内）にはプールもついていました。子連れだったのでレストラン（敷地内を少し歩く）まで歩くのが少し大変でしたが、レストランの外も自然がたくさんあり、リスなども見れました。レストランの朝食も豪華で（５つほどコースがあります）、昼食、夕食は部屋でもゆっくりとることができます。ウブドの町までは2km位離れていて遠いので歩けません。ホテルの外には１軒だけ日本食のレストランがありますが、他はありません。ホテルから町までは無料の送迎車があり、時間を言って待ち合わせます。バリ時間ということで、集合時間から10分から15分遅れます。子連れで暑い時間だったので、15分ほど遅れたスタッフに少し文句を申し上げましたら、大変真摯に対応してくれました。カップルにはとても良い場所だと思います。ウブドの中心では絶対に味わうことができない静かで素敵な場所です。部屋も清潔で（虫は、バンガローの構造上、夜に入ってきますが、掃除してくれます）、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、最高の宿でした。
