住宿收費訂價偏高 -- 因與同性朋友前往烏布, 但大部份的酒店都沒有二張床設備, 所以選擇了這所別墅, 淨房價每晚約 $1395, 訂後二天竟變成是$900, 既不是限時優惠折扣, 所以感到很不值, 每座別墅有三間房(其中二間房是雙人床), 所以客廳、厨房和泳池是共用的.設備簡單但舒適. 原來我所訂的房間是屬於小童房, 地方這麼大但房卻這麽小, 連放兩個行李都不夠位, 要把椅子放到兩空位中間, 還要把垃圾桶取出才可把行李放到枱下.廁所沐浴地方與街外只一牆之隔,可聽到街外的人聲,感覺很沒有安全感.員工服務不錯, 因位置偏遠, 酒店有免費自行車(數輛)和交通接送(要預訂), 早餐份量一般,男士可能不夠.

Smukt lille resort med æstetisk indretning og rummelige villaer med egen pool. Ligger centralt til Ubud og dog med lidt fred. Venligt personale (især Kadek) som viste vej på cykeltur igennem rismarkerne og i det hele taget gjorde sig bemærket som meget venlig og hjælpsom.

Most relaxing holiday in a stunning villa
We loved staying at Luwak Estate. The staff were all friendly, gently checked in each morning what we were intending to do for the day and offering to make arrangements for drivers or recommendations for restaurants. The villa was so beautiful. The most stunning place I have stayed in. We stayed in the "Artistic" villa which has the option for one or two rooms. Our private balcony looked out onto the valley and rainforest. It was really special to look out onto this view during the mornings and evenings. The location was a little bit out of town, about a 15-20 minute walk or no more than a 5 minute motorbike ride. However, this was something that we were intentionally looking for and there are a few restaurants in the vicinity as well as a local motorbike rental place a few minutes walk up the road. It was also very easy to go the Gojek app with my Australian phone number to book drivers and they usually arrived within 10 minutes. The only (slight) issues we had was the pool getting some flowers from the rain in it. We mentioned it to the front of house staff and they cleaned it while we were out. They also called us to inform that they were performing maintenance on the villa next door. Which was thoughtful and the work was not disruptive at all. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

This villas is perfect for family
This villas is very nice and comfortable for whole family to stay. Location is quiet but not far from Ubud Palace and they provide shuttle to get there for free at certain time. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

아이 2명 동반 가족 여행이었습니다. 위치가 애매해서 걸어 다니기는 불편 합니다. 셔틀이 있지만 시간대가 다양하지는 않네요. 조식은 그럭저럭 먹을만 한 정도 맛있지는 않습니다. 청결도도 만족스럽지 않고 침구가 많이 눅눅하고 포근하지 않네요. 후기가 많지 않아 걱정했지만 좋았다는 후기가 있어 예약 했는데 기대했던것 보단 별로여서 재 방문 의사는 없습니다.

Our Villa was very pretty. But unfortunately because it is all so open and unable to be closed off, there was a lot of insects and wildlife within the Villa. There was an animal of some kind (maybe a rat or similar) under our bed every night scratching and scampering and it scared the kids who couldn’t sleep. Also the French doors to the bathrooms have a padlock that isn’t secure as the brass rings have a gap where the lock just slips through so we didn’t feel 100% secure, especially in the room backing onto the Main Street. This meant my husband and I ended up splitting up and me sharing with the children so they weren’t in a Villa alone. The pros are it’s a lovely Villa, extremely close to town (it’s actually right on a quite busy road (noisy with traffic) has a nice pool, very friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast included. The animal life, insects, security worries, and very hard uncomfortable beds made my stay disappointing unfortunately. I didn’t get very much sleep each night here

This is our second visit. A cosy place just out of town that has everything one could need. The villas are spacious, have great outdoor areas, a good kitchen area, useful if you want to self cater, and a good sized swimming pool. The staff are lovely. A great group of people who endeavour to meet your every need. You can book tours, hire cycles, and even get a scooter delivered; all you have to do is ask. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays and would have no hesitation in returning.

Ett annorlunda boende där vi bodde i villa med egen pool, ett utekök med tillhörande loungedel,badrum som till viss del var utomhus. Badkaret låg i en damm med guldfiskar och det hör ju inte till vardagen. Nackdelen med boendet är att det ligger inte i en regnskog som vi först trodde. Bilderna är lite missvisande då den "regnskog" som vi förväntade oss bestod utav en liten dal med skog och på andra sidan är det hus och trafikerande vägar som hörs och ses ganska väl. Villan luktade starkt mögel så allergiker ska nog inte bo här. Städningen var inte ok. Dom byter inte handukar/mattor trots att dom är smutsiga. Restaurangen serverade god mat men dyrt.

Very releaxing
Luwak Villas are close to the centre of Ubud, only being a 20 minute walk away from the Palace. The hotel provide you with a phone which you can use to arrange transport whenever you are out of the villas. This is extremely handy, especially as the taxi situation Bali is not great. The villa itself was beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast served at our villa. The only downside being that it was a little noisy as it's close to the road which woke us in the morning. However this wouldn't stop me staying here again.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ubud war wunderschön! Das Hotelteam ist klasse, der Service ist überragend! Das kostenlose Shuttle Angebot hat prima funktioniert: in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Abends zahlt man einen kleinen Aufpreis: bei umgerechnet 3 Euro aber zu verkraften. Die Villen befinden sich mitten in der Natur: unser Infinity Pool war dementsprechend schön. Aufgrund der Lokation muss man sich aber darauf einstellen, dass sich beispielsweise Frösche oder Eidechsen im Villengarten befinden. Gekos hatten sogar im Zimmer selbst, aber das ist normal und mit dem Bett mit Mückenschutz absolut unproblematisch. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Lovely staff, great villa
The staff at Luwak are amazing, so helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable. The villa is on the outskirts of Ubud, so it is peaceful, but close to all the sights of Ubud - the shuttle bus makes it easy to get around and then return to the peace of Luwak. The bedrooms are separate and open onto the pool, our kids are older so not an issue, but would be if you had younger children. Our kids got worried on one of the first nights being separate from us, but settled after that

Private oasis in Ubud
We had a two bedroom bungalow, private pool, beautiful outdoor dining / lounge area, overall the staff were wonderful and the food is fantastic, our private oasis and the food were too good to give up and we had 6 meals there al brought to our outdoor dining area, with drinks etc. Two complaints, twice they put on dancing in the main area and the music was so loud we couldn't sleep and one night we wanted to check out a highly recommended restaurant in the rice paddies about a 10 minute drive away - they wouldn't take us in their van even though I offered to pay for both trips, eventually they insisted on a local restaurant which they said had vego and vegan - it was awful and we left without eating anything and our night was ruined !!!

Our stay here was perfect. The staff were fantastic, the villa was absolutely stunningly beautiful. The outdoor bathroom and bathtub lay in a shallow pond of fish. The breakfast was wonderful. The free shuttle to the main street was great because it meant we were in the peace and quiet of the villa and could go to the restaurants and sites around the hotel easily. Ubud was the highlight of our stay. All the siteseeing was there and everything was wonderful. The market in Ubud is the best. The hotel and the villas are just like the pictures. But in reality the feeling u get of the nature is wonderful. We were a family of four. I even forgot my book at the hotel and had left for Kuta which is an hour and a half away, And Puspa one of the staff from the hotel was so lovely, she got it all the at to my hotel in Kuta. Unbelievable. The staff will go all the way to make sure you are happy always.

Hidden gem in Ubud
Wow! Is all I can say having come back from a week’s stay with my family at the Luwak villas in Ubud. The villa we stayed in was amazing from the moment we walked through the door it was like stepping into a different world, lush green plants surrounded the 2 villas the infinity pool was fabulous. The bedrooms were spotless and beautifully cleaned everyday. The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble they made our holiday wonderful we felt so relaxed. A big thank you to the reception staff,housekeeping,managers spa ladies and the drivers who would pick us up and drop us off at different times of the day. Can’t wait to go back.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience, close to town.
The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The outside has a grassed area, substantial swimming pool, covered outdoor seating area, cooking facilities, and sun loungers. The inside has a good sized bed with mosquito nets that fully enclose it, television, wardrobes + safe, twin washbasins, a deep bath that sits in shallow water and has its own family of goldfish swimming around, a rain head shower, and toilet. Breakfast can be taken in your villa or at the restaurant, which overlooks the pool. The food is delightful and the presentation is beautiful. Afternoon tea is also on offer and is well worth having. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, you are treated as though you are the only guests there. The staff look after your every need, are courteous, happy & smiling, and always have time to talk to you and to enquire if all is well. There is a shuttle that runs from 10.00 through 20.00 and is free between those times. If you need to get into town earlier or come back later there is a small charge for the service. On arrival you are given a phone to enable you to call reception to organise pickup from town. We have stayed in Ubud six or seven times and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. A thoroughly enjoyable experience which will be repeated in the near future.

We loved every minute of our stay in Luwak Villas and would highly recommend. Two adults and three teenagers and everyone was delighted. Other activities which were really worthwhile in Ubud include a 25km mountain bike ride from the volcano through the rice paddies and white water rafting on the Ayung River. The Monkey Forest is well worth a visit and their are loads of great restaurants and cafes in town.

It was fantastic. We have never felt so spoiled whilst travelling. Everything was perfect, the room, the grounds, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the private pool and entertaining area was amazing, the food was delicious. No complaints what so ever. We will be recommending these villas to our friends and family and will stay again the next time we visit Bali.

Great hotel with lovely staff
Fantastic room with a private pool. Very welcoming staff who run a free shuttle for the short journey into town and give you a mobile to call for collection. We had lovely food in the restaurant and had a very relaxing stay.

The villas rate is too expensive for its quality and location. For those who can not tolerate lizards or frogs, the place is full of then and they are all over the place. I spend only two nights from seven paid nights and had to leave because of this problem.

Beautiful Villa a short drive from Ubud.
We enjoyed are stay very much, the breakfast could be improved but overall the villa was beautiful.A short drive from Ubud, the hotel provided an excellent car and driver service.

We stayed at 3 locations during our 1st time in Ba
The staff at Luwak Ubud Villas went out of there way for us, they made you feel special. We only wish we had planned for more than 3 days in the area and at the Villas. The rooms were amazing and spotlessly clean.When we return to Bali we will not hesitate to visit Ubud and stay at the Luwak Villas.

Wish I could stay longer
This place is a great place for couples or families. The service was amazing and the staff are very friendly. The villas and very nice cool and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to couples.

We had a wonderful stay at Luwak ubud villas. The only suggestion is improving the breakfast options and the quality of the food. Rest it was an awesome stay and experience.

Beautiful luxurious villa with very helpful staff.
The first villa we stayed in had an amazing outdoor bathtub set in a koi pond, which was just magical, but we had issues with wifi not being available, so the staff moved us to another one, which was just amazing. Huge high ceilinged living space, gorgeous furniture, and a beautiful bathroom with corner bath. Staff were very helpful arranging free shuttles all around Ubud for us, very kind and accommodating and The area that could be improved was the food, which was not as good as other places I stayed. It's ok, but could be even better. The spa was average too. All in all I loved it and would highly recommend for a stay in a huge villa that really has the wow factor. The bathrooms are just amazing and the villas have a wonderful spacious feel, and the staff were all lovely.
