Beautiful home in nice location
Although the location is difficult to find, especially at night, it's worth the hassle. Peaceful, quiet location with comfortable beds and wonderful staff. Worth the effort.

We are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us :) In regards to arrival, we always recommend to come with our driver, Putu, as we offer complimentary pick up from the airport and many other locations in Bali. This ensures a relaxed arrival, as the villa can be difficult to find on your own if you are not familiar with the area. All the best and we hope to welcome you another time at New Moon :)

Wonderful stay
We are really enjoying our stay in this Villa. From the smooth airport pick up and during our stay, Wayan making sure that our stay enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, the view and the villa was just like it described on the listing. We would love to come back again next time we are in Bali. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautifully desgined villa in a quiet neighbourhood
Amazing from start to finish. Lovely accomodation with private pool and lovely communal pool. Smoothe check in and out process. Daily delicious breakfast prepared by staff. Our driver Putu was amazing as we have young kids and needed transport around without motorbike. We loved waking up with the sunrise over rice patties and an orchestra of local roosters. Topped only by gecko and frog spotting in the loungeroom at nightime. Highly recommend

De très jolis moments au cœur des rizieres !
Nous avons passé de très agréables moments dans cette maison bien équipée, bien entretenue, dont l’extérieur est privilégié ! Wayan et Ratna ont toujours été présentes à chaque demande notre part ainsi que Putu qui nous a fait vivres des expériences inédites lors de nos visites qu’il a su adapter à nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement ! Vue extraordinaire notamment depuis la chambre à l’étage, mais attention à l’escalier très raide pour les familles !

Beautiful Experience
We had the pleasure of staying at this home recently as part of our stay in Bali. It was a gorgeous, clean home, with a beautiful backdrop. Breakfast overlooking the rice patties, cooling off in the pool, and just sitting back to enjoy the wonderful views were some of our favorites. House staff was a joy to interact with as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay
The Place was very chill and comfortable. It definitely looked bigger in the pictures. It was clean but we could tell that it’s a little worn out. Slept like a baby in their bed. Super comfortable sheets. Breakfast was great! But the table just had too many ants all day Everyday HAHAHA! Wayan and her assistant was very friendly and nice too. It’s just a little troublesome as we couldn’t just lock our main door of the villa, we had to individually lock up the living room, downstairs room and upstairs room when we head out or when we sleep. We didn’t spend much time in the living room, the TV was old and though there were dvds for us to choose from, they were all very dusty. But we didn’t need them any way. The pool, the sun and the company was more than enough. Thanks for they 4 Nights! :)

Beautiful and secluded
We had a wonderful visit at the NewMoon Villa. The open concept layout and generously sized sliding doors let the outdoor beauty into every room. The only sounds you will hear are nature and music from the nearby temples. The breakfasts cooked to order by the house staff made us feel very well cared for. While there are many insects, lizards, and frogs around the villa no one received any mosquito bites during our visit in the rainy season. Amazing!

Schöne Villa in den Reisfeldern
Die Villa liegt in einer Villengegend mitten in den Reisfeldern. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Da man mitten in der Natur lebt, hört man natürlich viele Tiere (Frösche, Geckos, Hähne), damit muss man sich arrangieren. Die Hähne sind wirklich früh wach und das teilen sie auch deutlich mit. Das Design der Villa und des Pools ist sehr chic, wir hatten im Master-Bedroom leider eine etwas durchgelegene Matratze und die Türen der Möbel könnten mal wieder gerichtet werden. Das Team vor Ort ist humorvoll, umwerfend nett (Wayan und Radna und der unglaublich gute und unterhaltsame Fahrer Putu) und sorgt dafür, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Traumhafte Villa mit perfektem Service
Die Villa ist großzügig angelegt -ideal für 3-4 Personen. Ein toller Pool und immer ein fantastischer Blick auf die Reisfelder. Der Service des Hausoersonals lässt keine Wünsche offen. Transfer vom Flughafen ist perfekt. Man hat für die Zeit des Aufenthalts ein lokales Handy zur Verfügung, was für manche Reservierungen und für Nachfragen beim Manager der Villa sehr hilfreich ist. Ein rundum perfekter Service in einer perfekten Location - ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Great stay at the villa facing the beautiful rice terraces!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The property is beautiful facing the rice terraces. The two ladies that took care of welcoming us, cleaning and preparing breakfast were great!

Amazing villa and hospitality!
I stayed at New Moon for 4 days with my husband and was not disappointed by the appearance of the villa! The location was beautiful, the pool perfection and the staff was outstanding! Wayan (house manager) and Made (driver) went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Made promptly picked us up at the airport and Wayan had a lovely dinner prepared for us on arrival (even got a bottle of wine and birthday cake)! We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of our stay and beauty of the locale! (The only reason I rated it four stars was because of the every crowing roosters that woke us up well before 4 am each day)

Wonderfully peaceful, clean, and refreshing
The staff were incredible, including Putu the driver, and they made our stay a delight! The villa was impeccable and charming and we loved every minute we spent there. The rice paddy was serene and beautiful and besides a few village sounds, which added completely to the country life, the only thing we could hear was nature around us. Much quieter than the following villa we are at now which boasted tranquility but hosts day-long (6am-10pm) constant sounds of motor bikes and honking cars, despite its beautiful natural setting. You have a gem in this villa!

Beautiful property in a peaceful and stunning location. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed being a short distance from Ubud and all the exciting things it has to offer. New Moon was everything we had hoped for and much more. Wayan and Ratna at New Moon were kind and helpful and provided a delicious breakfast for us every day and a tasty evening meal when we planned a relaxing evening in. They kept the property clean and tidy from top to bottom. It's definitely worth arranging some trips with Putu who chauffeured us to some terrific places in Bali during our stay and provided an entertaining narrative along the way. The location gave us the opportunity to do cookery courses, craft courses, try loads of exciting places to eat, do some yoga, visit waterfalls, feed elephants, visit volcanos, electric cycle safari in the rain [brilliant!], visit beaches, and drink amazing coffee. Beautiful, well maintained accommodation, lovely people and excellent location. Can't wait to return.
