+Gutes Hotel abseits des Zentrums, sehr ruhig, schöne Poolanlage, die Zimmer sind ok, grosses Bad und ein kleiner Kühlschrank zum benutzen. Klima kühlt wunderbar (bei geschlossener Tür ins Bad)
- Jeden Tag dasselbe Frühstück.
Keine Fixpreise für Wäsche/Rollervermietung wir mussten diese aushandeln, nicht einfach ja sagen!! pro Kilo wäsche wollten sie 25k.
Den Roller den wir gemietet haben haben wir von 80k auf 40 runtergehandelt (ohne Benzin) pro Tag. (Must have, in der nähe befindet sich kein Restaurant oder Läden)
Allgemeines: Grab oder andere Online Fahrdienste sind schwer zu kriegen, am Besten bei Anreise den Fahrer fragen ob dieser auch Private Touren macht und Nummern austauschen. Auch hier Preise aushandeln, pauschal kann man sagen sie verlangen meistens das doppelte, mit guten Argumenten kann man teilweise auch mehr als 50% Ermässigung ergattern. Bezahlt am schluss der Tour, sonst steht ihr plötzlich ohne Fahrer irgendwo im Abseits.

respiration au calme charmante mais loin d'ubud
bien sur l’hôtel est assez loin d'ubud et de ses monuments , il faut s'organiser et prendre le taxi bien sur la salle de bain est assez petite et sommaire et le petit déjeuner assez basique .... mais l'endroit est calme , dans un jardin très bien entretenu , une piscine presque privée et un personnel aux petits soins
une respiration et un contact avec la vie quotidienne des balinais
nous avons apprécies ces jours dans cet hôtel

Fint lille hotel lidt uden for Ubud
Et fint lille hotel med en diskret morgenmadsbuffet. Lidt akavet placering, men intet problem når det flinke personale hjælper med at skaffe chauffører, der kan køre dig ind til byen.

Great Deal on a budget.
Great property for the price. Friendly staff. No phone in for security. No hot water for shower. I would have stayed longer if the had hot water for my shower.

Interesting and Quiet Place
The room was huge, clean, had complimentary water bottles, instant coffee and tea, kettle and small refrigerator. There was a nice outside patio with a bench to sit at. Bathroom was a weird combination of tub, hand shower (hot and cold), wall shower (cold only) with older renovations.
The place is not within walking distance to town and air conditioning could have been stronger. Nice pool but hadn’t been vacuumed in a few days. Breakfast in huge dining room was always 2 eggs, one piece of toast, coffee and 9 pieces of mixed fruit.
Shower gel bottle was not refilled and second day when I put empty bottle in sink, the cleaner just put water in it, put it back on the shelf and didn’t even clean the sink! So we had no soap. Bring your own soap and shampoo.
If you want quiet, nice surroundings, pool, adequate breakfast for an amazing price, away from the “downtown”, it is worth staying here!

Customer service is above and beyond and that along gets the 5* raiting.
Breakfast is eggs, toast, coffee and fruit, simple but it sets you off for the day.
The hotel provides daily shuttles into Ubud which is very convenient. It is not walking distance from town so you will need a cab to take you back.
It is still under construction and after breakfast not food is available so keep extra drinks and snacks.
They are all really lovely and will do their everything within their power to assist you

Peaceful, relaxed area
In Ubud area, this is very quite area. It has private pool and fresh air. If somebody wants to be relaxed, I woud recommend you. But you might need to rent a motorbike because the location of this hotel is not center of Ubud.

New build with Serenity
The place is new but is absolutely stunning. Slightly isolated, but right out on the Main Street is a whole bunch of local food which was great. For night life it was a quick 10 minute cab ride to the center of Ubud. The pool at the resort is very serene, but make sure to bring drinks of your own to the place as they don't provide any there and everywhere we looked nearby only had like 5 bintangs (and if you're like me and don't fancy beer, you're kind of stuck).
The only thing I'll warn about is that the bathroom will have bugs due to the way they did the windows in there. So we just kept the bathroom door shut all the time and we were fine. Free breaks fast was simple yet filling, some fresh fruit, omelette and toast.

Very nice hotel outside of town
Excellent value and really nice facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Not everything is completed yet in this hotel and the shuttle was not yet available. Despite this, staff still transported us by motorbike for free.

long time Bali visitor loves this resort
We have spent over 200 nights in Bali during the last 5 years and feel this resort is a great value.
Location is quiet yet handy to Ubud. A great Warung directly across the street for lunch with an extensive wet and night market just up the road. (short walk). Pool, rooms and grounds are perfectly clean.
Breakfast including room service always fresh, on time and as ordered.
Staff are amazing. Resort provides shuttle into town and will arrange extended taxi service much cheaper than Ubud going rates.
It has now been added to our line up of regular locations. This is a new resort and will become a long stay guest haven once fully discovered.

Hôtel excentré et en construction
Personnel aux petits soins et avenant.
Chambre propre malgré la salle de bain qui manque de finitions et l'eau qui sent très fort le métal.
Quelques navettes gratuites pour se rendre dans Ubud, dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas plus.
Piscine dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car eau sale.
Petit déjeuner frugal.
Gros potentiel pour cet hôtel lorsqu'il sera terminé certainement.

Breakfast is ok for fresh eggs, don't bother otherwise.
