Puri Sebali is truly paradise! The staff here are friendly and most accommodating. I arrived a day early and they went out their way to provide me a room at 1:00am. The rooms are clean and just beautiful! I have stayed in 3 of their rooms to include the villa and you will not be disappointed with either! I most definitely will return when I visit Bali again!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

After we arrived early they offered a free shuttle into Ubud which we enjoyed..pool service and all meals were excellent! They even provided breakfast before the posted hours for us the next day as we had a tour to go on! Thanks so much!

What a gem !

Excellent vacation stay . This hotel is very accommodating the rooms are spacious, bright and very clean . We had a couples massage with Roni and Tini and they really know how to work those hands . The hotel does have hotel for those who have a rental vehicle like we did. Would definitely come back .

Quiet area, next to picturesque rice fields. We enjoyed the guided morning walk to the rice fields. Room was spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned. rooms were updated and well provisioned, with water, toiletries, etc. Lighting in bathroom could be better. Bathroom arrangement with semi-outdoor toilet area was strange — also meant that insects could get in, and air conditioning went out. No instructions on how to use in room TV. Very good breakfast.

We had a 3 day 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff could not do enough for us, they were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, we also had dinner there which was fantastic.Hotel room was spacious, beautiful shower and bath, separate toilet. A/C was great room stayed lovely and cool. Property is beautifully situated and the pool was great. Spa was fabulous. All in all wish we could have stayed for a longer visit. We used the shuttle into Ubud, also we were picked up by pre arrangement by the Hotel in Benoa and again used the hotel to take us to Denpasar Airport, every pickup went smoothly. The views from the dininag area of the Hotel are simply fantastic. Close to Monkey Gorest and Elephant Sanctuary. Would love to go back to this spot.

Pros: -Pool stayed cold so it was always refreshing. -Villa was very "IG worthy". -Restaurant staff were kind and the service was fast. -View from the restaurant was nice. -Complimentary shuttle that takes you to central Ubud. Cons: -AC was awful. I was constantly hot and had to resort to the pool/shower to cool down. During the night I slept with a bag of ice on my head, but still woke up several times sweating once the ice melted. -Reception was VERY pushy with booking spa service. Would interrupt us at breakfast and wouldn't take no for an answer. -The bathroom had an indoor-outdoor situation that let mosquitoes/bugs into the room. You have to sleep with the bug net around the bed which further adds to the temperature issue. -Shuttle service was very limited (only 12pm-8:30 pm every 2-3 hours). -Restaurant food was bland except for pastries/jams. -One staff member was highly inappropriate (Felix). During our ride, he went into great detail about his financial hardships and made us feel almost as if we had to give him a good tip or that we were bad people/greedy. He also searched me and my partner up on Instagram and tried to add us both. He liked an inappropriate picture of me from over 2 years ago which made us both uncomfortable. We cancelled our ride with him and he called the hotel while he wasn't working to try and speak with us. Very uncomfortable. I have tried contacting the hotel about this and no response for 4 days now.

Wonderful stay!

Puri Sebali, is a wonderful hotel. The suites are large and comfortable, the private pool is magical. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view over the paddy fields. Great breakfast and dinner with friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

The property is breath taking and staff was extremely helpful. Suka and Ari really went above and beyond.
