The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. Also, the towels and bed sheets could be cleaner. The breakfast was pretty good though the nasi mie could be less salty. 員工非常優，友善又很有熱忱，有一位還曾經在台中實習過。設施有點年紀，雖然大致上維護的還不錯，遇到最大的問題是熱水會忽冷忽熱，毛巾也不是說非常乾淨，算是小缺點。早餐都可以吃飽，但炒麵略鹹，可能需要備註調味下手輕一點。整體算是表現中規中舉的小型飯店。

The staff here are fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and a few days of my stay the construction noise across the way did wake me up quiet early. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Swahita! Firstly the staff are fantastic, so polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and large balcony. If I had to suggest an improvement then I would suggest better WiFi (it was slow and sometimes disconnects) and although there was nearby construction, it wasn’t too loud or early and there’s nothing they can do about that. We would happily stay here again!

Bel hôtel situé à distance de marche du centre d'Ubud. Le personnel était attentionné et adorable. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres/salles de bains sont correctes, mais sans plus. Ce n'est bien sûr pas la faute de nos hôtes, mais il y a un chantier de construction fasse à l'hôtel donnant sur les balcons des chambres. C'est bruyant et l'intimité laisse un peu à désirer. Cela dit, nous recommandons tout de même cet hôtel.

Room was clean, staff were so so friendly, breakfast was next level and it was a shirt walk to the main street. The street was a little sketchy walking up from the main street but you get used to it. I would 100% stay there again with my kids.

I had a great stay here, the friendliest staff I have ever met; they were so attentive. Also as a solo traveller - it was awesome because the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable! I am being super generous here - the staff were super nice. However, there are extensive maintenance issues. There's no elevator in the building and for those with disabilities - stair climbing can be arduous. Also, there aren't any phones in the rooms, so guests must make their way to the lobby for the simplest of needs. The rooms are dated and in need of a refresher. The noise coming from the next door construction is unbearably loud and makes rest impossible for those directly across the site. The property should disclose this on the site - but they make the disclosure only once you have arrived. Their attempts to minimize the reality prove futile, when you will be living the nightmarish reality. The construction is 7 days per week from dusk until dawn.

The staff brings up the ratings for this hotel! They were very accommodating! The breakfast was good and tasty. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room balcony was nice but construction going on across from the hotel didn’t make it as enjoyable. No fault of the hotel, hopefully construction will be done soon. Nice size room could use a full length mirror. Made use of the spa and had a really nice massage.
