The property was nice but the air conditioning didn’t really work so it was so hot. The property was down a walk way which was flooded and more than 200 metres from the road which meant when it rained we couldn’t leave and felt trapped. The staff were brilliant, very helpful whenever we needed anything and definitely the best thing about the stay.

Wonderful place to recharge and enjoy the local scenery of paddy fields. Secluded area immerse in authentic local village life but with a scooter takes only few minutes to get groceries and food. Staffs are very friendly.

It was isolated. Had to walk a distance through rice paddies and locals houses but it was all the barking dogs we had to encounter. Scared the kids every time. Amenities badly thought out. Small pool. No TV. Awkward to get to after sunset.

Paradise
We had the most amazing stay here in Ubud! The villas are situated off the busy main strip, nestled in between farms and rice fields. Gede, the manager, was a champion- easily contactable through Watsapp at all times before and during our stay. We had the most amazing holiday and look forward to returning in the future!

Описать одним словом это место невозможно. Это калейдоскоп позитива. Планировали остановиться на вилле на 2-3 дня, а пробыли больше двух недель. Концепция, дизайн, реализация и атмосфера завораживает. Джунгли, рисовые поля, и уютное ощущение дома. Небольшая удаленность от дороги гарантирует спокойный сон, отстутсвие постороннего механического шума, только шелест пальм и звуки джунгелей. Если вы управляетесь с байком, можно доехать прямо до виллы. После путешествий по окресностям возвращались как в свой дом. Стильная двухуровневая вилла – кухня-гостинная на первом этаже, на втором спальня, ииии свой бассейн – особое наслаждение после жаркого дня. Интересная планировка пространства позволяет быть в уединении, так что соседей и не видно (хотя это комплекс из 4-х вилл). Персонал и менеджер виллы всегда готовы помочь. Встретить и проводить до виллы, если вы в первый раз. Всегда помогут с багажом. Всегда на связи. На Бали очень четко работает принцип - как вы относитесь к миру, так и он относится к вам. В Убуде это ощущается еще больше. Ощущения невозможно передать словами, их можно только переживать. Желаем ими насладиться в этом месте. P.S. от Симы - ну а если вам посчастливится познакомиться с хозяевами - считайте ваша карма чиста на многие жизни вперёд! ))))

After arriving at the villa, we elected to not stay. The villas are located off the main road by a 5 minute walk (I did time this) down a narrow unlit pathway, which would not have been safe at night. The villa had a musty smell, the "windows" on the main floor did not have glass, and were closed by mesh wire screens, not completely secured. The villa was filled with bugs and being in a rice field, not ideal to have open to mosquitos. We were unable to locate a safe in the villa (and there is no front desk), so had no way of securing our belongings. There is AC upstairs, but it was extremely hot, and I don't know how it would work with the main floor open to air. WIFI didn't work. The pool looked dirty. The villa had someone else's personal effects in the drawers and closets. Aside from the walk to the main road, the villa is located far from most of the restaurants and sights in Ubud, and there were no taxis nearby (as there are in other locations). The posting for White Cubes is very misleading.

Good day! Safe boxes in the bathrooms under the tables. ACs were just changed in all the rooms for a stronger units. We also changed our WiFi provider. The pool water sometimes looks not 100% clear because we use natural disinfection compounds that are stronger and safer then normal chemical but have this side affect. There are many restaurants in walking distance as we are almost in the center of the Ubud area. We also changed our cleaning company and its crispy clean in our rooms now. Excellent location
Wonderful place - house, pool, territory around. Ideally for walking and enjoying by nature and serenity. Very comfortable house - everything is clean, fresh and good keeping. Amazing view from pool deck and bedrooms (which locate on the second floor).

Atypique et dépaysant
Un logement atypique à la fois moderne au 1er et joliment décoré au rdc, non accessible en voiture (plus de 5 min de marche) cela a beaucoup plu à nos enfants. L'extérieur est magnifique mais manque de confort, rien n'est prévu pour se relaxer. c'est dommage. Logement Déconseillé aux jeunes enfants.
