「Charlene is a wonderful hostess and she made me comfortable. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I stayed a night and had a comfortable stay. Charlene really went above and beyond in ensuing that I was comfortable. Weather was bad and snowy in some parts of alberni but I had a comfortable stay here . Thank you Charlene for your warm hospitality. 👍😊」

「The room price was so so expensive compared to what we got in the room, and the rules of the accommodation was so vast and extensive. Also you have workers living there full time while you charge regular people an arm and a leg to be there for not even 8 hours. 」
