the beds were not clean.The towels were torn and are so old that they tore literally while even using them.MOsquitoes in the room so requested good nite.

Pathetic n sorry State of Affairs at Radisson
The worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. The towel was torn (attached picture for reference).. no wifi, no showere gels in the room... even there were no tea bags. Very disappointed

stay in the city of lakes!
Rooms & service is good!View from front rooms is disgusting as there is a major drain in front of Hotel....
At least they should camouflage the windows partially so that drain is not visible from the room....We were on the 4th floor in room no 407 & 408 on our visit on 17th to 19th oct.....or least they should have allotted better located rooms.....

Friendly staff, reasonably well maintained place too. Especially impressed by how accomplishing the staff in the restaurant were with our little one’s allergies. Will recommend for sure.

Baths looked aged. Wood rotting ,
Shower head fittings into ceiling, no shelter for water not to go into floor, makes it slippery and can have a fall.
Good breakfast spread.
Nice location , away from the narrow street traffic , but can be there within 10 minutes transport. Close to Lake and ghats .
Staff very helpful and friendly . 👏

Radisson Udaipur rocks!
Very spacious and good rooms. All amenities were excellent and a very good spread for breakfast. Very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Pathetic Customer Service at Radisson Udaipur
Overall cleanliness of the room was lacking with dirty sheets and dust bins. Room service was super slow. To top it all, the hotel management charged us Rs.10000 extra as "damage fees" for a broken TV screen. We just stayed in the room to spend the night and had no time to even look at or switch on the TV but we were charged "damage fees" for absolutely no fault of ours. Customer service is an absolute ZERO and we will never go to this hotel again.
