Mind blowing experience. Cannot have a better experience than this anywhere in the world. Hospitality is beyond words to describe. Food is mind blowing. Cannot express how happy and contented we are. we had such a wonderful experience that we felt sad when checking out. Not enough words to praise the hospitality accorded to us by each and every staff member during our stay. The property employs great Chef like Vijay, Deepak and Preetam who impressed us with their culinary skills. We also found Neha and Sheetal to be very client focused. We definitely plan to stay at this property again at our next visit to Udaipur.

I have planned my trip to Leela Palace 3 months in advance from California, here is my experience and honest feedback.
Hotel location and ambiance is so beautiful. Siting in Garden and lake front is so beautiful and mesmerizing.
Check in person is not in a welcome mood. Overall there is a lack of hospitality which is quite surprising and disappointing.
My son got sick but hotel staff very hepful by calling doctor immediately brining medicine.
Water bottles provided in the hotel smells like drainage water.
One of our rooms smells a lot like pigeons.
But staff are very helpful and especially I see each and every one in restaurant and they are very helpful and great hospitality.
Over all my experience in room not as I expected and was very disappointing.
Hope above points will guide Management to fix issues and help future tourists.
