"Got to the hotel and they made excuses that first the electricity in the 3 rooms we booked were not working and then that they were no more rooms left. They then took us to another hotel that they arranged for stay, which was terrible, toilet didn't flush, hot water for bathing was sparse and included breakfast was abysmal. "Here’s a polished version: The property is excellent overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the location is quite far from the city centre, and getting around can be challenging due to the limited availability of public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend that the property consider arranging a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times for guests who want to visit the market or other well-known attractions. We had already spent one day exploring through a tour, but having a shuttle option would make the stay much more convenient, especially given how far the property is from the city centre."

"The best thing about this trip was our property! Such a gorgeous, well-maintained and clean property. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The food was tasty and one of the best meals we had in Udaipur. The property is located at a convenient and a prime location, easily accessible by car or public transport. The amenities at the property is top-notch, including the room, its view and common areas (swimming pool, lake view point, sunset point, lobby, gardens).I’m going to become a Trident loyalist, I suppose!"
