upgrade improvement
The hotel has passed it’s glory days. I liked the free parking, the location and the spacious room. If my future trip the hotel has attracted more people to stay. I will still to stay in Ban Chiang Hotel if I come to UT again.

Great Hotel Comfort and Qualty.
Our daughter stayed with her girlfriend both students to take exams at nearby school gave hotel top marks very happy overall.

Helpful staff, close to the market. Poor internet access. Have to pay to usr the gym.

Looks nice from the outside but...
Hotel looks nice form the outside, but disappointing inside. Had to pay for the Gym!! Gym equipment good, but lockers dirty and in disrepair. Room size is good, but no tea/coffee making facilities. Poor selection of TV channels

Not so new, but clean and friendly
Nothing specials to say: I was on a stop-over trip on my way to Vientiane. I know the Hotel since long but I am always surprised by the tricks telephone reception staff uses to overcharge the hotel rooms. They started with 1,300 THB for standard room and I finally paid by on-line booking only 1.014 THB! Breakfast is lousy. Barely edible!

Centrally located but over priced.
I had to wait 2 hours to check in at 14.00. First room had luk-warm water. Sleep interrupted all night by mosquito bites. New room next morning was satisfactory. Bathroom fixtures and TV (no flat-screen) were quite old. The room was over priced. I reserved room for four nights. At check in I prepaid for 4 nights. After staying 2 nights I checked out. Front desk supervisor balked at refunding 3rd and 4th night's payment.. Refund was finally given after one hour. Basically the hotel charges 4 star rates for a 3 star room.
