"Towels torn and used. Breakfast was worse than street food. Shower was almost useless. Only one power plug beside one side of the bed, that ment that you either charge your phone or plug in the bed side lamp."

"We booked four rooms for a family visit after 13 years. Unfortunately, our room had a strong urine smell and there were stains in the toilet. We reached out to the front desk, and someone came to clean, which improved things a bit, but the smell still lingered. On the first night, housekeeping accidentally removed a family member's belongings and told him he was checking out early. Since we were out and didn’t have a local phone number, he ended up leaving the hotel and going back home. It was really embarrassing. My wife contacted the front desk, and they said a staff member would look into it and call us back, but we never received that call. I later called back, got transferred to the manager, and found out that the confusion was due to the room next door checking out early. I also sent them a message through Expedia but didn’t get a reply. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"The room provided ample space and was very clean and well maintained. The shower worked marvelously and there was plenty of hot water. You provided with drinking water and tea. The maid Service was quite good and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The properties location is great for a visitor. You’re not far from Central mall and there’s a 7-Eleven just down the street. Their number of places to get a beer and restaurants of good quality nearby. I would definitely stay at this place again."

"Beautiful boutique hotel right in UD Town so near restaurants nightlife and shopping. We stay here whenever we are in town to visit my wife's family. They now have an arrangement with a gym 100 meters walk which was excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is immacumately clean. The breakfast is plentiful. Highly recommend"

"- large basic Thai style room - clean guest room and rest rooms - Bed is very hard and only 2 pillows. - Staff very friendly and helpful - good size pool but water a little cloudy. - fitness centre very basic / not much equipment. - decent dining and shopping options within walking distance. - Good adult type night life near by."
