不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施
We had booked 2 rooms for 5days and paid the entire amount during check in. During night one, my dad acquired severe dust allergy and ended up coughing and lung congestion. We informed the owner that we will be checking out on emergency basis as my father is sick. Since we had booked through hotels.com the owner promised to connect with them and provide us with our refund since it is an emergency. We had paid 26460, they withheld 10000 as commision to hotels.com and charged 2 days room rent and returned 5800 after a lot of negotiation. They asked us to connect with hotels.com for refund and hotels.com was pushing us back to the owner since we had paid them at the property. When conencted with the owner again he mentioned he had paid the whole commission hence cannot refund anything. We had a horrible experience, the place is not suitable to families. On the website it was mentioned delux room with 2 double beds suitable for 3 pax per room but we were given a room with a 1 double bed which could not accomoate 3ppl and were asked to get an extra bed for extra charge. They geyser was not working in one of the rooms. They were suppotive and understanding while we were at the property but once we left they decided not to refund our amount. Since it was peak season they did have a lot of booking and also extension requests.
One of the worst experiences, ruined our stay and vaccation. I regret choosing this place and wouldn't recommend families to stay here.
