This modern, open-concept designer loft is located right in the heart of Überlingen’s Old Town. Lake Constance, the promenade, and numerous cafés and restaurants are just a few metres away—yet you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet stay here in the secluded courtyard.

The loft features three sleeping areas that are intentionally integrated into an open, loft-style layout. The bedrooms are separated from the living area by spacious, glass partitions, allowing plenty of natural light to flood into all areas while preserving the characteristic loft feel. For privacy, the glass panels can be completely closed off with curtains as needed. The bedrooms are designed for tranquility and equipped with a modern, controlled ventilation system that ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

In total, there are two double beds, a high-quality fold-down bed, and a comfortable sleeper sofa—ideal for families, friends, or a relaxing stay with several people. Two full bathrooms with showers and toilets ensure a high level of comfort. Additionally, the loft features a separate sauna area with its own shower, creating a private wellness retreat. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and spend time relaxing. Large windows highlight the modern architecture and open onto a private terrace, offering additional space to relax. With approximately 130 m² of living space, there is plenty of room for up to 8 people—right in the heart of the city, yet pleasantly quiet, and with a private parking space directly next to the apartment.
